Excellent pub

Upscale pub food in a friendly and clean environment. What sets this place about the standard bar/resturant is the selection a brews. The Pour House has a good selection of brews made in-house and also serves homemade root beer and cream soda from tap. Never a disappointment. Other Rivertowne... read more

This place is not a looker from the outside. Seems fairly typical for the area. It's really nice inside, with plenty of seating and bar space. I was here with a friend for quick bite. Menu is full of great pub food. We both got sandwiches that came out quick and were very good. Lots of great beers to try,... More

I think that some of the reviewers below have confused this Leechburg local beer joint with the Rivertowne Pour House in Monroeville, which does brew its own beer http://www.myrivertowne.com/restaurant/beer-selection.asp. This little place has average pub food and is mobbed by locals after the dinner hour on the weekends (it's a waterhole).

Yummy assortment of house brews. Great food and fantastic serving staff. This is a must-go restaurant for any group wanting to have a great meal and a really fun time at a good price. Our server, Carly, really made our evening memorable and helped us make the best of our time here. Will definitely plan a return on my next... More

I chose Rivertowne for my Birthday dinner and was not disappointed! Food was so delicious and the root beer and cream soda are a must to have!

I LOVE this place! They have the friendliest and best service in Monroeville! The food is fabulous- lots of unique appetizers!! Try the stuffed pretzels- to die for! The Asian sauce for the wings is great too. Their beer sets them above the rest! They make their own and you can't get Coors light or any other domestic beer! If... More

I've been here many times and always had good experiences. I'm very generous with reviews but this is another positive one thanks to the beer and great bar-food. Had the brewmaster's sample of seven different beers and they were all good and unique. Split a pizza and their chicken basket with fries. I think their fries are some of the... More

Every now and then as I travel I take a chance on a restaurant as I did for this one, and it was a total gold mine discovery for us. The food was spot on, our soups perfectly done, my turkey burger was incredible, my daughters mussles hugh and full of flavor. Then add in the ability to pick from... More

Stopped in on my way out East to grab a sampler and an Appetizer. They had over 15 beers on tap and I got the Brewmasters sampler, seven beers chosen by restaurant. Most brewpubs allow you to choose your own beers on a sampler. The beer was okay but the food was pretty good. The Jambalaya balls and cheese bacon... More

Dined here solo during a business trip and sat at the bar. I have to agree with the countless other reviewers go here for the beer. Service was efficient but lacked personality. Bartender practically threw my sampler at me and offered no explanation of the beers. Eh, no biggie their beer menu lists the descriptions of their two sampler flights.... More
