Stopped on our way to State College. Just a couple of hundred feet off Rt. 80. Don't let the outside of the restaurant fool you. It doesn't look like much. Go inside, the atmosphere is warm and inviting. All the food is home made. It tastes like it. My wife had stuffed chicken with mashed potatoes, baked corn, salad. I... More

Stopped here after PSU game. Extremely friendly staff! Food prices were very reasonable. Good number of choices on menu and great desserts. Had a roast turkey dinner and all white meat turkey breast tender and juicy. Homemade stuffing a plus. Small gift shop when you walk in.

My hubby and I stopped by here on our way from the east coast to the Midwest for breakfast after spending the night at a nearby hotel. I was expecting a run-down hole in the wall from all the reviews but instead found an older building with character which was decorated with a distinct style of crafts. We arrived about... More

We stayed in town for three days and ate almost every meal there. Their breakfast is awesome. We ordered the turkey dinner the first night that we got into town - delicious. I didn't care for the gravy too much, but otherwise it was fantastic! We got a wonderful chef's salad, also.

Stopped for dinner, had heard good reviews from radio, the waitress was very friendly. My meal was a Black diamond steak that looked like it was the size of a chicken strip and that's being generous, when I told waitress I was not going to pay for that meal she allowed me to order something else, which was the stuffed... The staff at the Hampton recommended this restaurant. Looks a little dated from the outside, but the food was good and the staff friendly. The cheesesteak and fries were awesome. They have lots of different types of foods.

Driving along route 80 and we were starving. Pulled off the exit and saw this restaurant and gave it a try. We weren't disappointed with out choice. Good diner type food with a local crowd was inside. Delicious french fries. Very reasonably priced too.

I had the burger with fried onions and mushrooms. my wife had the chicken breast dinner with the baked corn. it was all exceptionally delicious. Easy to find right off of Highway. Would most definitely stop by here again. Wish we had room to try some of their homemade pies. They have a wide variety of choices.
