Little restaurant with great sandwiches, cakes and superb service

We had a quick stop while touring the Delaware Water Gap. Sandwiches were excellent and the service super friendly. We also tried the deserts and they were delicious. Top value for price!

We were in Milford a total of 5 days and ate at this place 4 times! The breakfast and lunch were absolutely delicious - fresh and healthy! Our waitress (the one with a boyfriend that lives near Bethel Woods) was so welcoming every time we came in. She automatically brought us coffee & water after our first morning there and... More

Excellent service (out waiter was Taylor). Eat outside if it's a nice day. A Vietnamese flair from a former, long-term employee. Great coffee.

We arrived for lunch and there was a waiting list. Daily specials continued to disappear from the chalk board was we waited and pastries in the display case evaporated continuously as take away. There is a reason for this frenzy is simple Excellent food, creative menu offerings, smiling, courteous staff and a no frills environment. This is an old mill... More

We stopped in for Sunday breakfast. Smaller venue with eclectic style, right by the water. I believe they would be considered "New Age" because of the naturalness of the food and the different takes on prepared foods. It was not a normal restaurant experience but I don't think its intended to be. Lots of baked products are available. Food was... More

I recently visited the downstairs bar...Thursday nights is a not to be missed Blues Jam, I can't believe I'm actually letting the cat out of the bag on this one! The small menu reveals really good food and the price is right. The atmosphere is so cozy I may sleep over next week.. Just kidding there is no lodging. The... More

Beautiful situated on the water, the Waterwheel cafe's menu features locally produced ingredients and fresh baked goods. Although busy at lunch, the young staff provided top-notch service and recommendations.

Off the beaten path a bit but certainly well worth the search. Great fresh breakfast and bakery as well as Thurs-Sunday dinners. Small and cozy....also dining in the adjacent bar with live music.

This is our go to place in Milford. The food is good the service is very good and the atmosphere is nice country. When the weather is right you can sit outside. Make sure to visit the "museum" part of the building to see the original waterwheel.

In town for the weekend, we found the Waterwheel in trip advisor and went for dinner. Food was very good and waitstaff was attentive. Had the vietnamese sampler appetizer, a bottle of wine. My wife got the salmon and it was excellent. I got the lamb chops and they too were prepared perfectly. Highly recommend.
