Great food, great atmosphere, great people!

Arrived here on a Saturday night around 6:30, me, hubby, and two daughters. Prime dinner time, an hour wait, the two hostesses told us we could go to the "patio room" where we could order appetizers and beverages. My husband was a little unsure about waiting that long, but I said I would peek in... read more

This is one of my favorite places to go with my wife on our date night. We have not been unimpressed yet. The meals are excellently made, the prices are reasonable, and the service is usually above average. If in the general area, make this a stop for a great meal. Come hungry!!

I live in the local area and this is one of my favorite restaurants. Food is always good and the prices are reasonable. My personal favorites are the fish sandwich and chips followed by peanut butter pie. The pie alone is worth the trip.

We met friends here after Wilmington's prom at the beginning of May. It was SO disgustingly hot we were literally sweating while eating. It was gross. Turn the air conditioning on! People were complaining left and right. Food was good though. But will not be going back anytime when the weather is warm, that's for sure!! Unbearable!!!!!!!!!

Always enjoy eating here. The staff are friendly, service is great, food is good, atmosphere is uplifting but relaxed, reasonably priced.

You have multiple choices on the menu, we decided to have burgers for dinner. I liked the fact that you could have a turkey, veggie patty instead of beef. I had the turkey burger, it was cooked perfectly. Really enjoyed the fries. Also tried the stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer, very good as well. Friend tried the 6oz Frankenstein burger.... More

We have eaten here on a number of occasions. Usually the food and service are acceptable. Our experience yesterday will make it our last meals there. The waitress obviously had long lost friends sitting at a table not far from us. She spent more time there than with her other tables combined. Maybe she should go visit them when she's... More

Springfield Restaurant Group which includes Rachels just does it right - all of it. There is almost always a wait and it is worth it. The menu is great, portions are excellent, food is always high quality and service is first rate. Love their restaurants

We both had burgers, jalapeño stuffed shrimp, and shrimp bisque soup. Everything was very good and had great homemade flavor. Four instead of five because burgers were't grilled to well done as ordered. They were close.
