Food was fine, place a bit noisy.

I had the crispy chicken wrap, and it was fine. Tasty. Hubby had the tacos (Tuesday night tacos), they were generous portions. Wait staff very nice. We had the roast beef nachos, and they were a disappointment. Cheese was not melted, seemed amiss. They tasted ok, but we are from the west... read more

We recently stopped for lunch. I had heard that this place was unique and a good local hang out. I'm guessing there isn't much else around, as this place did nothing to impress me. The service was fairly poor, no one acknowledged us at our table for more than 5 minutes. When the waitress did finally come over, she was... More

I have yet to order anything at Rachael's that was not beyond my expectations. They always give you more than you expect. The food is wonderful which probably why there is always a wait to get in. Come earlier be fore the dinner or lunch rushes and you won't have to wait.

This place was packed on a Sunday night in mid-August, and we had to wait 45 minutes for a table. Fortunately, they have a room with tables and stools off the dining room to enjoy drinks and an appetizer (which we did). Food was tasty, staff was friendly and quick, atmosphere was good despite quite a few young kids. I... More

We went to Rachel's last evening for dinner. We had heard good things about this restaurant and wanted to try it. What a dissappointment! From the hostess area--- where we waited 10 minutes to give our name ( and only 1 person ahead of us) then seated and waited excessively long to be have a waitress come to our table,... More

Good food. Good atmosphere. Good service. If you are in the area.... go there. It is not very far from the Grove City Prime Outlet Mall so it worth the drive over if you are shopping there. We had the spinach/artichoke iron skillet as an appetizer. Applebees is much better. There was a lot of spinach and not enough of... More

We travel from Ontario to shop at the outlet mall and visited Rachel's our last time and everything was perfect. We tried again and and it is still great. People complain about the wait but it is popular place so quit whining. I cook and I can say the menu is fantastic. There are no ordinary items and everything I... More

Rachael's is a favorite when we visit Grove City, PA. We have eaten many different items, many different times. The pretzels are a must! Hot, soft, salty, and yummy! I

We waited 45 minutes for a table on a sunday night. After getting our table we waited almost an hour for our food. I haven't been there for years.....now I remember why. Nothing has changed. Understaffed and unremarkable food.

We visited Rachel's Roadhouse in July, 2015. It was my second visit, but my family's first visit - and it did not disappoint. We ordered: Salad with chicken - large portion. It also came with sweet potato fries for $1 upcharge. We are Canadian and could not believe that the French fries came scattered over the top of the salad!... More
