My family has always loved Ressler's bagels, and we have been very pleased with the deli trays. I've had them for birthday parties, and this past weekend for my mom's 80th birthday party. Purchased 2 large and 1 medium tray, and didn't have much left over! There were 70 guests. They provide ham, turkey, roast beef, 3 cheeses, mayo, mustard... More

Fresh bagels made in house. Also Boar's Head deli meats. Delicious. My wife and I had bagels (my wife got an everything bagel that she toasted and I had a soaked grains untoasted) with cream cheese, lox and onion (hey..if you both get onion it works)

I got a chance to get back to Ressler's after years of living out of the area. I had bacon, egg, and cheese on a toasted everything bagel. It was DELICIOUS. The staff were polite, not overly friendly, but this is Central Pennsylvania (not Wisconsin, where I'm from and the people are insanely friendly). Ressler's bagels easily rival the bagels... More

Central PA needs more of Ressler's Delis. I can understand the locals' distaste for the place, but that's because they're used to what they have. For a misplaced New Yorker, I've been searching for a good bagel place and a real deli, something other than Panera or Subway or the 900 other chains we have, for three years. I would... More

Ressler's make the best bagels in the Central Pennsylvania area. They are made from scratch and are hard not to have a second one when you are having breakfast or lunch there. The sandwiches are great and they use high quality Boars Head products. I would also suggest you buy a dozen, slice them and freeze them when you get... More

We paid over $20 for 2 lox and bagels. Apparently they are normally a little over $6 each just for the lox and cream cheese. We asked for onion and capers and we were charged an additional $8. They were VERY skimpy on the capers, onion and lox, there was lots of cream cheese though! :/ Not going back!

The sandwiches I ordered and partially ate, were so bad that I won't return. I ordered a pastrami sandwich and a corned beef (their special versions). Both were dry and even though I asked for extra meat ( and presumably paid for it) it was chintzy, dry and had little authentic pastrami or corned beef flavor. Dreadful, actually. Maybe the... More

Taste, Taste, Taste... and variety. Until Panera opened, Ressler's Bagel and Deli was the only quality bagel maker in the area. In my book, it is still the best.

Okay, if you want buttery service and mellow greetings, this is not the. Place for you. BUT if you want the very best bagels around and some authentic Jersey style attitude, head over to Resslers! Don't take it personally when the staff shrugs at you and taps their pencil while you are looking at all the bagel selections. Hey, they've... More
