I used to go here with my dad and sister a lot. Then I stopped once I moved and started going to a similar place. I decided to give this place a try again since we live very close. The prices are very good for how much food you get and the servers are very nice. I don't like the... More

My husband and myself were invited to dinner by his parents. This is not the type of restaurant we would visit as my husband is a meat and potatoes man not a vegetable man!!!!! All four of us ordered the steak and shrimp hibachi. I like grilled veggies so I enjoyed my meal but I think you have to have... More

Best you can find in the area and inexpensive as well. You can have the hibachi meals served on the "sushi" side of the restaurant if you are too old for the show. Service is very nice as well

One thing I look for in a restaurant experience is consistency. Tokyo Diner delivers good quality sushi every time. The fish is fresh and prepared with care. The selection of rolls is good, offering uncooked, cooked and vegetarian options. The chiarashi, TNT Roll (tempura) and the Unagi Handroll are among my favorites. If you use a coupon from the Clipper... More

My son loves this place, and I say it's not to bad. It's fun to watch them cook right in front of you. Good food. I only go for lunch because I think their evening/dinner prices are way to high for what you get.

Japanese cuisine never disappoints, at least the Tokyo Diner franchise. I am normally not a huge lover of "chain" restaurants, but this one definitely consistently delivers the experience you came to enjoy - authentic Japanese food being prepared right in front of you. You can bring your own bottle of wine. That's a big plus in my book. The atmosphere... More

Always have great service and food here. They give you bigger portions than Benihana's and the soup and salad is also included with the hibachi. It's also BYOB. The only reason why I gave 4 stars is because the place needs a little bit of renovating. It's quite outdated and needing a "spruce up".

I've only had the hibachi here once, but it was a fine experience, and much like the typical hibachi experience. I eat the sushi on a regular basis, and it is competent, though rather simple. Their selection is limited, and the special rolls are sort of boring, but it is worth checking out. If you don't expect a lavish meal,... More
