I have been to Black and Blue many times and have always had excellent food and service. It is a restaurant I've recommended to many people without having to worry about someone having a bad experience.

We were in the area, so we thought we would check out this restaurant. The reviews were right on target. I have never seen such a nice selection of foods to choose from, and everything we tried was delicious. Our service was quick and our waitress was on the ball. We came right after church, so it wasn't crowded at... More

After checking out reviews here, we HAD to try Black and Bleu and we are so glad we did. There were so many appetizers that appealed to us that my husband and I just ordered several and shared them - all were really good! We had the firecracker shrimp (loved it!), firebread, lobster egg rolls (loved!), Rhode Island style calamari... More

I had to schedule a business dinner near Carlisle, and needed to stay away from the chains. Black and Bleu is a great place to go. The location is a bit rough, but once you are seated it's like going to that place where you meet everyone in the neighborhood. The service was very good, and the food showed some... More

Food is great and great atmosphere. Only downside is that it is always crowded...reservations keep the wait short.

My wife and I have eaten several times at Black & Bleu restaurant off the Carlisle Pike. Every dining experience we had has been terrific. Great service and great food ! Always recommend any new people in the area to go there to eat. Just make sure you have reservations though or you may not get in when you want... More

Maybe I am accustomed to high prices in Boston restaurants, but this place seemed to be a bargain. If you order a pasta dish, order the small. When I saw the low price of $13 for the seafood newberg, I wondered if the portion would be too small. I asked the waitress--who was very attentive throughout the meal--and she described... More

Never, ever judge a book by its cover. Tripadvisor is a helpful tool for weekend trips, and had I not used it, I would have never found this excellent restaurant! Black N Bleu is located in a somewhat bland strip mall, so it doesn't look like much from the outside. Inside is a different story. The decor is tasteful and... More

Stopped in with 11 members of the family following Messiah College graduation ceremony. Nicole was a super server. Great menu and delicious selections. Will return again when in the area.

This is a fine place for a casual dinner, better than any of the chains in this area. The selection is varied - something for every taste - and the service is excellent. We were there with friends we haven't seen in ages so there was lots of catching up to do. Not a problem, we weren't rushed by our... More
