We went to a few antiques stores in the area and asked the locals where they go and eat. Remember, Rachel Ray always says to ask the locals. Anyway, there were three of us, I had the roast beef, mashed potatoes, salad, roll and it came with green beans. Another one of us got the meatloaf dinner, came with the... More

Located just outside of Fryburg on Route 208. Great food, great price and great service. My husband and I had the ham dinner with a roll, vegetable, potato, salad and drinks for $17.00 including tax. It's a must stop!

The service is ALWAYS fantastic, even if you have a trainee - still great! The food is pretty darn good (I love the rolls) and for the price, you can't beat it. For dinner, my family of 4 can eat for under $30 and leave with leftovers. I should mention the salad - if you get the large salad, be... More

This is a lovely little family establishment located in the tiny town of Marble, PA. Their food isn't over-the-top, but most items are quite tasty. What IS over-the-top are their prices and their service. They are very inexpensive. They are family-owned and family-run, and it shows in their service. I just wish they would get rid of that ding-dong bell... More

We were told by some locals to come to Montana's and try the fried chicken. It was great. Everything tasted home made. The decor is clean, bright and full of interesting pictures and roosters. We left full on country home cooking and couldn't have been happier with the food or the prices. Next time: the potato lasagna!

Family-owned business where nearly all of the employees are related in one form or another. The result is a very cozy, friendly atmosphere with good food for a great price. My family of three can easily eat three full dinners for under $20

We had been hearing about this place and took the chance of stopping by. So glad that we did. The style is homestyle country and it is very good. The restaurant was moderately busy at 7 pm but the food came out quickly. I had a Mile High Sandwich. The turkey was very flavorful and the slices were thick. No... More

It's a little tough to find since it is out in the country but it's well worth it. We have been especially happy with our meals. Then, there are fabulous pies and cookies. We would go more often if it were closer.

Food is home cooking. Inexpensive. Very clean. It is like being at your grandmothers for dinner. Try the roast beef sandwich.
