I really wish that the possibility existed on TripAdvisor to give 2 1/2 stars, because I feel that 3 stars are too many for JoBoy's Brew Pub. First, the beer.....my husband tried their porter, which was very good. I tried their German wheat beer, which was OK. I typically think of a wheat beer having a smooth, mellow, refreshing flavor.... Jeff and Jo Harless moved their restaurant / brew pub from Manheim this summer. The new restaurant is clean and beautifully decorated. And there have been other changes. The brewery, where Tug brews some decent beer, is out in the open for all to enjoy. We always order the Hopitude (American IPA). At 84 IBU it isn't quite as hoppy... More

I am sorry to say I had no meal here but stopped in later in the afternoon for a beer! Well...I am a beer nut and I must say the German Dark Lager was special...a little sweet but the finish is what got me...crisp and non-lingering...it is like the finish gets turned off a few seconds after a sip....wonderful....you feel... My wife, daughter and grand daughter decided to try out this new pub for a Saturday lunch, and found the quality of the food and service to be outstanding. The staff is unusally friendly, considering it's in the Lancaster County area. In fact so friendly, we thought we were back in Pittsburgh, where we are from originally! We can't wait... More

Wife and I decide to stop in on a Wednesday night. We actually stopped because we were trying to catch a little league world series game, and, they have it televised. We sampled nearly every beer they had on tap. I had a hard time finding one that I liked. We ordered the nachos and smoked cabbage. The cabbage was... More

They have actually moved to Lititz, PA. We found them in Manheim last year and enjoyed them. We searched them out in Lititz this year. They have been there about nine months. Better atmosphere and that same great BBQ and beer we remembered. Get the smoked cabbage and the sampler platter. All the beers are high quality, but I love... More

This place has potential. I'll be frank: Lititz is pretentious and overpriced. It's filled with yuppies. This place will succeed because it has a corner niche. Highlight/points of interest: 1. They have some interesting micro brews. Some were quite good, some are developing, but it's apparent that they care about their beer brand and want to grow. 2. This isn't... More

Just had a delicious dinner at JoBoy's. Had the signature brisket sandwich, and it was delicious. Had to try the red velvet torte for dessert, and it too was delicious, but not red velvet. Very little chocolate flavor and too much berry flavor. It was presented beautifully, but it was not red velvet by any stretch of the imagination. Great... More

Had the hoptastic beer which was good. Loved the cabbage appetizer. Had the sandwich of the day....homemade sausage sandwich with fontina cheese. So glad I shared it. Left there stuffed!

The recently opened JoBoy's in Lititz is worth the visit. The decor is very welcoming and the beers were great. The food looked good however the menu is very limited. Our bartender told us that an expanded menu is forthcoming to include vegan options.
