Lunch with a friend was bad. He ordered pineapple fried rice and I orderd pad thai. Both dishes appeared to be microwave re-heats and both looked to have been sitting around in the kitchen for quite some time (sticy old noodles and rice). The host/waiter was less than pleasant as well. It might be the fact that he was the... More

Monday lunch rush and there was only one guy working all parts of the front of the restaurant and he did an amazing job. He brought people to their table, took their orders, brought their drinks/food, brought people their bill and did the check out. He needs a raise and they need to hire another person. They have a pretty... More

We have been going to the Royal Thai Orchid for years, and we have enjoyed every single visit. We have brought many friends who have shared our enjoyment ever since. The Chue Chee Duck (My personal favorite) is always crispy and flavorful. I could mention the Thai Eggplant, the Lamb of Siam, the Evil Jungle Princess, just to name a... More

Pleasant dining room helps you forget the strip mall location. We went early in order to get to a show. Service was good. Menu was broad, with many of the usual suspects. I went with an old favorite, jungle princess. The chicken was tasty and all the lovely vegetables melded well with the flavors. Good heat and easy to enhance... More

We were really excited to find a restaurant in the area that was just Thai. Not asian fusion, not indian thai… just thai. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with their menu. It seemed to be primarily curry and other types of thai foods that did not appeal to us. There was maybe 4-5 noodle dishes. The peanut sauce was not very... More

We have dined here several times over the years. It was my birthday on this occasion, and with Thai being my favorite, opted to go back. A Monday evening found no one seated in the restaurant. Nice atmosphere and comfy table, a slight negative to have paper napkins. Opted for a sampler appetizer. In and of itself, a large portion.... More

Highly recommended Thai food especially if you are hungry. Beautifully presented too. Try anything with pineapple and you will be surprised of the presentation. It's not canned pineapple. I love how thy don't over spice too.

Every-time we drive to the area, we stop by and eat at Thai Orchid. Best place for Thai by taste, and value. Lunch, the restaurant is always full and the meal is filling for the price with soup, and dumpling with the meal. The owner is very friendly and stops by every time to talk to us. Been eating at...
