Cafe Verona has a good menu, average to above average service and very good food. It's nice to go out for a nice meal and be able to take your own wine, keeping the cost down and the quality up. We all had typical Italian entrees, and all were good. I happen to love chicken parmigiana, so whenever I can... More

Authentic. I sometimes base my Italian dining experiences on a good veal or chicken parm. Verona didn't disappoint. Great atmosphere. Homey. Opera in the background. Service was slow due to a server call out, but we'd return and recommend. BYOB.

We recently took my mom out to Verona for her 86th birthday lunch. We had debated going to Olive Garden which she mentioned, but I really cannot stand the lunch time crowds there, nor can I eat most of their food since I do not eat wheat or cheese, which is their speciality! We arrived around 1:00 and found it... More

I had heard and read many positive reviews the I decided to take the family here for dinner. WOW, what a letdown . Ambiance was fine but the waitress service was poor. The salads were poor as the house and Cesar were too salty. My entrée was the chicken parm. The chicken was overcooked and had the consistency of rubber.... More

I have the Calamari (sauté) for an appetizer and it was very good. For dinner I have the Pappardelle alla Pescarese (Shrimp, Scallops and Crab in a Lobster Sauce). It came with broad noodles. The portions were quite large and excellent doesn't begin to describe the flavours. It was a very enjoyable meal. Don't miss this place. Also as I... More

We have had dinner here numerous times and not one complaint. The food is awesome and you get a perfect presentation and amount of food. The service is always outstanding. This is where we have decided to have our Christmas family party this year. The group rate was very reasonable! Highly recommend if you are in the area!

We stopped by for dinner on an early Saturday the restaurant had bot yet opened , it was around 4:30, but they sat us anyway which I thought was nice. We had to wait for our server, that's ok, when she came to our table to greet us she was ready to take our order I had to ask for... More

Stopped after a long drive, it was just what we needed! Service is attentive but not intrusive. Red sauce is heavenly! We had eggplant app. It was huge, we ate every morsel! Sauce was amazing.....mmmmm said that!!! We each had a special. I had the grouper. Grouper can be wonderful or it can be awful. Luckily, this was wonderful. Husband... More

After driving by for so many years we finally spent a Friday evening at Verona. Attentive service in a busy setting, but its quiet enough for two to have a nice conversation. Very good menu with 'to order' capability int he kitchen, which tells me they are creative and flexible. Some fresh pastas and the salads were very fresh too.... More

The food was fine but not memorable. Pasta was fresh but lacked seasoning. Certainly not worthy of a twenty-plus dollar entree. Our a la carte salads and appetizers were fresh but bland. Ambiance needs improvement. Muzak "Volare" and the sort played the entire time we were there. The sponge-painted walls were probably meant to look "Tuscan" years ago. The carpet... More
