Saturday night dinner

This restaurant wants to be a high-end establishment, but just misses the mark. On this night they had a coat check which was a nice service since it was snowing outside. We started at the bar and they have an average selection of draft beer with some crafts. There were empty tables and we had a... read more

Went out for a late dinner on a Friday in March, after a snowfall. Fell into this place from local reviews. $5 cover for band. 10 piece with brass section playing 70-80's rock, bringing down the house, everyone dancing. Nice clean customer mix. Drinks were good, though I prefer them a bit stronger. Had the daily special tile fish over... More

Tom the bartender/waiter was great. The black and blue burger was rocking and with the fries more than enough.

we visited during happy hour. Huge bar packed 3 deep. Young vibrant crowd. I went for the food and drinks. Service was excellent. Happy hour prices very good. Noise from bar area was deafening. Food-actually, it was excellent. Soups great, burgers huge, flatbreads just right. Not a place for a quiet dinner.

My husband and I found this place just through searching for restaurants near our hotel we were staying (Sonesta). We were a little hesitant based on the overall mixed reviews, but I think we made a fine choice. It was a little hard to find in the dark so maybe some better signage from the main road would be helpful.... More

We had eaten here several times in the past few years and I had even written the place up as being outstanding previously on this web site. We ate here again last evening and boy have they gone down hill in the past year!!! First, the back room for dinner was reserved for some party and we had to sit... More

We went for New Years Eve, so the prices were a little inflated. The chicken dish was very over cooked and but the sea bass was done perfect. When trying to have a small amount of extra mash potatoes as a side, we were charged $9.00 and we were brought much more than the "side" we requested. The chatter band... More

We had dinner at Twenty9 a few days ago primarily because I had a restaurant.com coupon. I had never been to this restaurant before, but will return. We had a very relaxing dinner and a very attentive waiter. I have never ordered braised short ribs before but on a cold winter night it sounded just perfect and it was. My... More

For some reason this seems to be the "go to" place for my work colleagues. Probably based purely on location and laziness. The large central bar is surrounded by a seating area and the place is quite dark. There is an outside deck too, which is covered and heated in winter. The lunch menu is fairly limited to burgers, sandwiches... More

The view from the outside porch was very enjoyable. The food was quite good. Appetizers came with plastic forks and knives which didnt make sense but got real flatware for dinner. I had the salmon which was very good. Inside was pretty hot and I read a previous review about lack of AC. Luckily the weather allowed us to sit... More
