We used Jimmy's BBQ for a recent business association event. Food was delicious and plentiful. I was first taken here by a friend from Texas who thought it was pretty good BBQ which I thought was a big compliment. At the catered event I tried a little of everything, pulled pork, ribs and chicken. I liked the pulled pork the... More

This place has some decent bbq and is a good spot for lunch. Their variety of sauces is a nice touch just prepare to get messy.

We have been to this place several times. The food is very good. They are very nice and helpful when ordering. I am a fan of the cornbread and of course the ribs. We like the casual style and the interior. Some days it's very hot inside.

Went to Jimmy's for lunch today after having passed it many times while dining at other restaurants in the Westgate Plaza. I was hoping for more than what Jimmy's delivered. I had the pulled pork sandwich and while the bun was overflowing with meat, it was just OK, in my opinion. There was hardly any sauce on the meat, and... More

First time trying Jimmy's after finding it on the internet. I would recommend it to anyone - you get a lot for what you pay for and the brisket was so tender - didn't need a knife. TRY IT!!!!!

We have eaten at Jimmy's several times and always enjoy their pulled pork. It is difficult to find good BBQ in the North, so I am glad to have found this place.

We normally order a "family pack" as a take-out. We usually get a full slab of ribs and an entire chicken along with a number of sides and cornbread. They also have other BBQ items. We serve four adults and three children and have enough left-overs for at least one and sometimes two more meals for my wife and myself.... More

I've eaten at a lot of BBQ places across the country. Thus place stacks up against any of them nicely. Definitely the best BBQ I've eaten north of the Mason Dixon line. I had the pulled pork sandwich and 1/2 rack of ribs (on seperate visits) and both were great. Appreciate the sink in the eating area so one can... More

We've been going to Jimmy's since they opened a few years ago. At first the food was all really good. The brisket, chicken and pork are excellent, and almost 100% consistently juicy and tender. There have been a couple of times when they were dry, and one time when they were really extremely dry. I should have complained, but was... More

Somehow for me a barbecue place implies a total experience. Of course the food but also the service, the locale, the ambiance. Comparing Jimmy's to other barbecue places I have been at makes me feel they are kidding ~ calling this average restaurant in a strip mall a great barbecue is a mistake. Sure the meats were smoky and tender... More
