My husband and I went to dinner at the Buckeye Tavern last weekend. We loved the charming and historical atmosphere. Our server was extremely attentive. The menu was very plentiful and it was very hard to make a decision on what to order. When our meal came it was very warm and the quantity was quite large. I ordered one... More

Went here on a Tuesday night with a group of 25. The place was packed and they were challenged to keep up. Nice older building. Food was average at best. My dinner was bland , shrimp broccoli pasta. Not sure I would go again.

3 of our 5 entrees were luke warm. We waited so long for dinner that we began to eat but hailed down our waitress as she flew by. "Did we want the fish taco re-heated?" Really?? That's the only help she can give us? Re-heated fish? My crab cakes were swimming in oil and it's hard to lose internal temperature... More

My husband and I recently had lunch at the Buckeye Tavern. We were seated upstairs near the bar. There was a loud group of people near us and the waitress asked us if we wanted to move to another location. I am not sure if they were a regular lunch group from a local business or not. My husband ordered... More

My husband and I go here very often, never had a problem. Always good food, but a little pricey but love the environment. Well we were very disappointed today. The bartender seated us near the bar at a table.15 minutes went by, not a one waiter or waitress came over to us and ask us what we wanted to drink.... More

I had dinner at the Buckeye Tavern for the first time on 7/20/14 and we all enjoyed our meal. The service was fast. I had the stir fry, my husband had the prime rib and my son had shrimp and pasta. The waitress was friendly.

First time eating at the Buckeye tavern. The food was delicious! Food was good, service was good, beer was good. A real nice place with a good verity of food that won't break the bank.
