There is more that's cool than just the town of Lititz................

You are aware that Lititz has been declared one of the coolest little towns in America? Well it is true. Well, they also have a cool historica Inn/Hotel called the General Sutter Inn. We eat there periodically and are never disappointed. Last week we had dinner in the main dining room and... read more

We attended the special murder mystery dinner. The food was very much average. The show was slightly better. The mystery itself was very good, with the exception of the actor who read many of his lines. We will probably go to one of the many shows in the area, in the future

Food was ok, but not hot as it should have been. Restaurant was not very clean. Staff was friendly, but could not find someone when you needed them. And place was not that busy at the time we were there.

The four of us enjoyed lunch after visiting the Middle Creek wildlife management area. The menu was quite extensive with satisfying choices for all of us. We had burgers and a pulled pork sandwich. Both came with fries which were excellent! Although 2 of the burgers were cooked "well" rather than rare, the meat was of exceptional quality. When the... More

My husband and I went away for the weekend, and have passed the inn before and decided to eat here, I am so glad we did! The food and drinks were delicious, the people made you feel like you were their friends and the band playing was wonderful. We just had the best time and best of all it was... More

Made a reservation for Valentines Day night . Arrived early to get a parking spot. After a 20 minute wait in the lobby with fireplace and lovely antique chairs, we were seated in the front dining room. There had been a wedding and the bride and groom were walking around trying to unwind after the wedding. Of course, they received... More

From the historical decored theme, and the outstanding menu selections, you can't go wrong with the General Sutter. Want to sit outside and enjoy a late night with your sweetheart? This is the place. If you're staying overnight the rooms are distinctive. Don't forget to walk down to the basement floor and view the woman in the tub. Enjoy!

My mom, best friend, and I wanted to have a quick snack and stopped in for what we thought would be light fair. Mom got the scotch eggs which she said were delicious. My BFF and I decided to get the wings. We ordered a second order of wings!!!! They were hands down the best we have had!!! You must... More

This is a perfect restrauant for a special evening out. In quaint downtown lititz with an upscale feel. The food is good, but not outstanding. Service was good, but not outstanding. Atmosphere is excellent and very relaxing. My husband and I are on a tight budget so we were cautious in our menu choices and our bill was $55, but... More

Dinner was less than exciting. The special, mahi mahi, was over-cooked and over-seasoned. The salmon entree was very ordinary, especially the presentation. If you visit, stick to pub food.
