Description: Our restaurant is warm and inviting with exposed beams and a mission-style décor, as well as a bar, several gas-burning fireplaces and two semi-private rooms for small functions of eight to 10 guests. Our eclectic menu features innovative American Regional fare, a delightful selection of appetizers, an array of daily specials, a carefully selected wine list and Sunday brunch. We believe in using the freshest ingredients possible, while supporting local suppliers. Our crab cakes especially, have gotten rave reviews – moist, tender, abundantly flavorful, packed with jumbo crabmeat and no fillers – and never breaded or fried! Our event facility can host meetings, birthdays, christenings, anniversaries, luncheons and weddings. It offers an elegant pre-function room for hosting the cocktail hour and a ballroom that can accommodate up to 250 guests with a veranda overlooking the private lake.

The special of the day was great a peach pork dish. Very tender and done very well lots of flavor. I would rate it a 5. But the cherry cheesecake was only a 1. Bland tasting if not for the cherries I would say it had no flavor. The meal start great but I like a good finish.

We have dined here several times. With food that is fairly common, this is no culinary destination. But, the menu has decent variety and most items are adequately prepared. Their beer, wine, and cocktail list is better than average and fairly priced. Their brunch was pretty disappointing, set up in a dark hallway with nothing very enticing besides made-to-order omelets.... More

Everything about our visit was average. The menu is extensive, which is never a great sign. Our waiter was rather detached and offered suggestions with no enthusiasm. Our house salads came quickly and then there was a long and unacceptable delay on our entrees. The waiter did a "Houdini" (disappeared) so I had to go up to the hostess station... More

Went for the brunch, we were seated promptly, but it took over 10 minutes for a waitress to come, you have to place your beverage order before going to the buffet. The buffest was okay, was better when it was the Lakeside Inn. The omelet was very good, cooked to order. After finishing, we had to wait over 10 minutes... More

We were in town for a girl's weekend, and Copperfield Inn was recommended to us by the staff in our hotel. We were a little wary since it has received so many mixed reviews; however, we were not disappointed. Among us, we had the blue cheese salad, steak medallions, crab meat pasta, and chicken piccata for dinner. All were delicious!... More

I wanted to try a Sunday brunch buffet so I went when they opened, all the people were very friendly, we had reservations so were seated right away, they said the buffet would be ready in a few minutes, coffee or tea was included in the price, I thought it was reasonable at $12.99. Not a huge selection but it... More

I went here for lunch and the food was good. I had the Asian salad. Another guest had the chicken and pepper crepes I believe. The other guest had a cheese burger. all seem to be of a good quality but nothing special and the prices were hi for what you received. the food overall was the quality that you... More

My wife and I have been here for brunch, dinner and for a Valentine's dinner. There is a bar in the restaurant, but it never gets too loud. The restaurant is comfortable and the atmosphere good for both a family night or just as a couple. The brunch was a little pricey for what you get. The brunch was good,... More
