Visiting lovely Lewisburg on a college "look see". Was told by a hotel to go to this place for dinner. It was late at night and some of the places were closing down, so we went. Wow! What a terrible recommendation. Steak Hennessy was common "utility" or "select" beef with some doctored up supermarket steak sauce on top…basically inedible….took two... More

We like to go for a light supper on Friday at the bar. Usually find friends there. The decor was nicely done when redecorated several years ago: lots of oak but light and well lighted. We like the clams and the sunflower dusted chicken sandwich and sweet potato fries. Haven't eaten in the dining room for years.

Ordered fish and chips. Large portion was soggy. Ordered Lewis burger. cheese slices were unmelted. Soggy greasy French fries as side dish. Ordered medium rare and was well done. Waitress said she passed along comments to chef. There was no response to our comments. We will not return.

This is a quiet place with lots of atmosphere for a special dinner. We have eaten here twice. On both occasions we have been disappointed with the food, and the service was just so-so. This time I had the seafood "special" and it was not! The chef should have tasted it before serving. I advised the waitress accordingly. I expect... More

Old rich pricks hang here. Average food and poor service, don't waste your time - go to the Towne Tavern

Ate at the bar side, the restaurant was more elegant, and formal, bar dining was fine, fish and chips was amazingly good, hamburger good, prices moderate, overall, very casual and nice..exceptionally good bar selection of beers and such

Popped in for a snack and cold drink. Locals offered advise on what to see and do and we had a nice afternoon visit in the bar area.

The menu gives you a chance to try food you normally wouldn't. My husband tried the duck there for the first time ever and loved it. The selection of food is great, since it's not stuff you can get just anywhere. The setup is a bit strange, but the people are nice and the food is worth it.

Visited this restaurant 2-3 times. Each time was a delight. Food is excellent and the service is quite attentive. My Father told me that my Grandmother used to eat here in the early 1900's. A lot of history in this place. Right near the Susquehanna River. This is a crown jewel of the Lewisburg downtosn.

I don't get the chance to eat here often but when I do the food is always good. The last time I visited the Hotel, my husband and two sons joined me. The server was very nice and accommodating to my kids offering crayons and drawing paper. The beer battered fish sandwich and crab cakes never disappoint.
