Tremendous burgers

They make really great burgers! They rebranded as a brewery and their beer is quite good, too! They used to feature Polish food, but that isn't as prominent as it used to be.

The food was good, but the service was very slow. I suspect they were shorthanded. We will probably give them another shot, but if the service doesn't improve we won't be back.

Love kielbasa, haluski and halupki! Simple and delicious food. Great place to stop by and try some Polish cuisine.

This place has one of the best burgers and fries in the region. My kids love it - a bit more time consuming than McDonald's, but the quality of the food is so much better. They have lots of authentic Polish foods, really great appetizers and are a micro brew. The root beer is fabulous! Highly recommended!

Stopped by on a Saturday, started out quiet, then the crowds erupted. The staff was shorthanded but persevered as a tight team. We were very impressed with the craft brews and the Polish platter, so we traveled back four days later. The place is small with limited parking, but big on authentic Polish food, bold craft brews and a spirited... More

We always stop at this little spot when we are near Jim Thorpe PA. They have a good selection of beer and ales made right in Carbon County as well as a draught birch beer. I loved the Zealot ale. The best part for me is the Polish food on the menu. Stuffed cabbage, home made pierogi and haluski (cabbage... More

Currently at Red Castle. My husband and and I both enjoyed our meals and our beers. The place was a mad house - super busy and only two servers. They ran out of glasses and we waited quite a bit to place our order. However, Sarah and her Co server were fantastic. Very apologetic and accomdating. I felt very sorry... More

Hole in the wall place, very much worth the stop for micro beer. Favorites wicked jester, chaos and rebellion. Don't forget to try the fried pickles.

Beer, Potatoes, and Beef-related sandwiches dominate the menu, but when I saw the small sample of Polish dishes listed, I decided to give all three a try via the platter - and am very glad I did. While they only had a few of their regular beers available, they still offered a broad selection of ales, and I opted for... More
