Very good perogies.

Stopped here on a recent trip to the area. Well worth the stop in my view. Wes topped for the Polish food as we like trying different foods when we can. we ordered 3 cheese/potato and 3 sauerkraut/mushroom. I'm not a fan of sauerkraut, at all, but I could have had a dozen of the mushroom... read more

Was not fond of the beer but I'm not into rye so.... just snacked on some perogies sauerkraut and mushroom they were delicious ! The buffalo perogies had no flavor at all. Also had a kielbasa with chili onion and mustard wasn't bad either. First and only stop for me

We passed this place several times and finally decided to stop in and investigate. Glad we did! We're not even beer drinkers but decided to try a sampler. From the dark coffee stout to the IPA to the cider, all were delish! We shared the polish platter- kielbasa, halupki and halushki. All were excellent, although my mate was not a... More

Went to Jim Thorpe for a birthday weekend and decided to stop in for lunch what a nice surprise. The owner took us to the area where they make the beer and went through the process with us. The wait staff was excellent and the polish food was wonderful. Highly recommend this place and Jim Thorpe.

I drive by this and honestly wonder why this place is still even open. The worst burgers in the area and be warned that is their specialty. There is a reason you never see cars in this parking lot.

Decent food, but too expensive for what you get. No ambience. Wouldn't go there again. Can't recommend. Charges for mini brew beer are much too high.

Castle Grill has great food, wonderful beer and a cute little atmosphere. The service is lacking and inconsistent. This place really would have everything going for it if they had the right people behind the bar and working the tables.

This caught our eye on our way into Jim Thorpe and so we decided to hit it up on the way back. I am glad we did, it was an NFL sunday and even though we had to wait outside a little bit for their noon-time opening, we noticed that we weren't the only ones... which we took as a... More

Red Castle Brewery was a pleasant surprise. This was our first visit there and will not be our last. They have a good bar menu of burgers and other items but what caught our attention was the Polish food. I ordered the Polish sampler which consisted of a very large stuffed cabbage, kiebasi and cabbage noodles. My husband ordered 12... More
