Some of my friends wanted to celebrate my birthday and chose this beautifully decorated Victorian mansion..... and it did not disappoint! It made a special occasion even more memorable. I will be back.

Had a rehersal dinner at B & B. Surprise charge after dinner bill paid. On the way home I received a call telling me I owed an additional 150.00 for soda. We had pre set menu that stated hot and cold tea included. The additional 150.00 had been forgoten to be added to the bill and would be charged for... More

You'll feel like you stepped back in time when you enter this grand Victorian known as Inn 422 Historic B&B Hotel. Stepped in history and legend, Inn 422 is charming and a true gem. The restaurant truly exemplifies causal elegance and the outdoor patio along the Quitapahilla Creek is a peaceful respite. The service is outstanding and invites you to... More

My French friend and I decided to spend our Sunday morning on the patio at Inn 422, to enjoy the view of the Quitapahilla Creek through the leaves and breaches of the massive maple tree at the edge of the patio, and to order our favorite Sunday breakfast - Eggs Benedict with perfect fried potatoes and a side order of... Not a bad place, just average. The patio was nice and they had a cute bar area, but the food and service were average. A tad bit gentrified as well.

We have eaten here twice, once for a work event and then once for a personal meal. Both times I ordered the eggplant parmigiana. If I was reviewing that dish alone, it was excellent both times. Other dishes my colleagues ordered also we deemed very good and delicious. Know before you go, the service is Slow! If you think of... More

This Inn has an interesting history. According to legend the original home was built for the daughter of a wealthy family upon her graduation from Dickinson College. This woman, Anne Coleman, became engaged to James Buchanon. James Buchanon later became a US president and the country's only bachelor president. Be sure to read the rest of the story in a... More

I was very nicely surprised with my recent visit and everyone in my party thoroughly enjoyed their entrees. The menu was huge, and the best deal was dinner for 2, includes bottle of wine for $40.00. There was probably 2 dozen entrees to choose from. The dessert tray offered over a dozen items and all looked yummy. Only complaint was... More

We live about 10 hours away and were in town for a family event. If we lived here, this would be one of my "go to" places for a lovely evening. The menu is huge--there is something for everyone! I was with a party of 8 and we all got different things--everyone's food was beautifully plated and presented. I started... More
