The best food and a local Italian restaurant.

This restaurant has the best Italian food in the area Their red sauce is fabulous. It is always clean and comfortable and the service is mostly family and usually quite good.

My husband & I ventured to this location on a Fri. night, we had a reservation, we also were using a Groupon. From the moment we entered this unkept establishment to the time we left it was just a terrible experience. The person who seated us was rude & unruly, there were children running around, we were ignored until I... More

Where do I even start!?! We are not from the area. We were told this place was family owned so we didn't even 2nd guess our choice as we are huge supporters of family owned businesses. Never in my life have I been treated the way I was at this place! And we are New Yorkers! I ordered pasta in... More

Went here for a business lunch and ordered gnocchi. Asked if they had a vodka sauce and was informed they had it. When the food arrived, the sauce was bland and the gnocchi tasted like it was prepackaged. To add insult to injury when the bill arrived there was a $6 surcharge for the vodka sauce (on a $9 entree).... More

While waiting for our order all we heard was one of the owners yelling at her wait staff. The food was edible but that is about it so we will not be back.

Have eaten both take out and in restaurant. Food is good and plentiful. My favorite is pollo Caccitori but pollo parmigiana is also a favorite. Price is right also and it is a byob. Service is friendly and efficient

So rude...downright mean. Know a lot of locals that like the food but refuse to go back. Owner is the worst offender

The food is really great, really-really great; however, the service is down right awful. The wait staff is miserable, the host/hostess is straight up mean, and you can hear the kitchen staff argue from the dining room. Get take out, you will love the food and won't have to deal with the dysfunctional people. P.S. They use a TON of... More

Went to La Campagnola with my daughter & granddaughter (she wanted meatballs & spaghetti) about a week ago. The general consensus after our dinner was that we wouldn't be going back. We started with a barely warm Pasta Fagioli that included veggies?? My granddaughter liked the meatball, thought the spaghetti was OK, but didn't like the sauce. My daughter had... More
