Good salad and pizza. A good place to go for lunch if you're in a hurry and don't want fast food. It's not fancy but the food is good.

My favorite pizza is the Palermo, with Ricotta cheese, and soo yummy. They also have Falafel and Gyros which are quite good. Overall I recommend this restaurant, with moderate prices and all delicious foods--often having specials of the day as well...

Palmero's Pizza has the best Pizza, Calzone, strombolli , and even salads. It is just as good as the Palmero's in Blue Bell.

I've lived in this area for over 15 years, and this place is 5 minutes from my house. We tried the Palermo's in Blue Bell many years ago, but never tried Lansdale. Decided to give them another try and here is how it went: I called and ordered a pizza to go. The girl on the phone was plain rude,... More

I ordered the eggplant panini and was not disappointed. It was a large sandwich and came with fries and a nice salad, all for $8. It was made quickly also.

There are a few Palermos in the area and the food is great. We love the special salad, chicken pesto panini and their pizza!

Had pizza, chicken salads, Pita and hummis. All were delicious. Got it as take out and everything was packaged up nicely. Ordered ahead but still had to wait a few minutes for them to finish but they were busy.

I used to go to the Palermo's in Blue Bell, which had excellent service and food. I was excited to see the one in Lansdale was owned by the same people. Everything is fresh and the portions are huge! I think it's priced reasonably considering how much food you get. Their pizza is the best in the area- the sauce... More

The menu is great. There are a ton of choices and everything was good that I have tried so far and every time I go I try something new. Our favorite - the chicken pesto pannini. You too will love it.

It was nice to see the falafell in the menu but it wasn't very tasty, the pizza was not what I was going for the crust turned into cardboard when it started to cool and when trying to order at the counter they rush you. This is just a run of the mill pizza place that is far out done... More
