We ate here three nights in a row on a house-hunting trip before we moved to the area. We sat at the bar all three nights and had excellent service. They have a really nice beer selection and signature martinis. They also have a nice outdoor seating area, but it was packed all three nights. Lancaster has a great First... more

If you haven't been to Dublin, this is as close to the real thing. Very good food, friendly service, and a great exprience. A great and authentic Irish pub atmosphere. Highly recommended for an early dinner, but be careful of late dining since the pub turns more into a great bar experience. more

Get the specials to drink, or else you'll pay $5 a beer. The salad I ate here was good, but a little too indulgent. It was filled with candied walnuts and blue cheese crumbles. It got too much to eat. It was good just too sweet. I think the bar is beautiful, but on a Friday or Saturday night the... more

Can't believe that an Irish Pub would use instant mashed potatoes! My husband loves good Bangers and Mash, but was disappointed in Annie Bailey's version, using instant mashed potatoes and some kind of "mushy" sausage. My husband complained. The owner's wife came over and told us that we were mistaken and tried to make us feel that we didn't know... more

Perhaps New Years Eve isn't the best time for a first visit to a restaurant or perhaps we should have been told the menu was greatly abbreviated when we made our reservation. When I previewed the menu on the internet it was greatly varied price wise and appetite wise. The New Years Eve menu offered the most expensive items on... more

My group of 12 travels to Lancaster twice a year. This trip in NOvember 2008 we found this gem of a resturant in downtown Lancaster. A fabulous waitress, coupled with a comfortable table for 12 right by the front of the resturant, add to that a menu to die for plus great atmosphere proved our stay there exceptional!!! The menu... more

After suffering through family turmoil in the past year, we decided that it was time that we got together and experience a happy time for a special family birthday. And a happy time we did! The staff gave us a large table enough for 8 people right inside the front door. The food was DELICIOUS! Bangers and Mash was to... more

Food was terrific; good cheese plate, good authentic pub food. It has the potential to be VERY noisy, though. more
