Since we are locals, we eat here regularly. The food is great and the service is always top notch. The dining area is fairly clean. (Look people throw peanut shells on the floor it is that kind of place.) The atmosphere is always fun and festive, and the employees always seem to enjoy their work. If you are coming here... more

The first time me and my friends tried a Texas Roadhouse was here in Lancaster last year. I was skeptical thinking it was just another "Outback" type steakhouse. Boy was I wrong! This place has amazing food! They give you a lot too whearas Outback has cut down on there portions. First off there are peanuts galore to eat. You... more

This being a chain, I was expecting the same quality of food that one gets at Applebees, TGI's, Smokey Bones, and the like. You know, not great food, but pretty good for the price. At this particular restaurant, the prices are great; our party consisted of three adults and three children and our bill was $60. Service was good and... more

Just went to Texas Roadhouse last week. I have been to this one once before and many other Texas Roadhouses in the past. Food is always great and of very good quality all the time. Would definitley recommend the steaks and ribs. Have had others tell me the burgers are very good to. When you walk in you can see... more

Very casual and perfect if you have kids. A real roadhouse, with peanut shells on the floor and not on the quiet side. The four of us and two are 3 and 5, had a pretty good time. The food was very good and the service on par. Overall a great place to eat and the bathrooms were clean. more

My husband, 3rd old and I had a great meal. The pulled pork and mashed potatoes was great. My husbands steak was perfect! We eat in a lot of steakhouses on Long Island and NYC and this steak was better by far! Can't wait for one to open by us! more

We live in Lancaster, and have never been really lucky with restaurants in the area. Everything is just average in town, but when you come here, its a whole different story. Pick your own steak, sing to a jukebox, and throw your peanut shells on the floor. Its a real Oasis in the middle of Pennsylvania Dutch Country. I must... more

I'll say it myself, sometimes I'm a snob. Be prepared for a real roadhouse; peanut shells on the floor, loud country music, verrrry casual. After a long day, it's perfect for noisy children, elbows on the table, and slipping off your shoes. ( the floor is pretty messy, so I wouldn't). The bathrooms are clean, so that eased my mind.... more
