Description: Set in a 1780 Pennsylvania Stone Farmhouse with deep windows and a warm pleasant atmosphere this is a family owned and operated restaurant that is recognized as one of the "Best of Lancaster" for dinner, Sunday Brunch, patio dining, wine list, atmosphere and romantic settings. Although our building is over 225 years old we update our menu daily! Change is a good thing at the Greenfield. We specialize in next day delivery of Hawaiian Finfish and seafood while we continue to cut our own steaks. You will enjoy selections from our wine list that has been recognized by the Wine Spectator Magazine for over 9 years. Our patio and balcony over looking the trendy bar is among our customers favorite requests for lunch and dinner seating, while the wine cellar has two of the most romantic tables in the area. If you are traveling, this is one of those restaurants that you wish you had back home....and we are happy that you found us.

Upon entry, you are greeted by extremely friendly staff. This is a moderately upscale restaurant with wonderfully decorated rooms that remind you of hunt country elegance. The menu has a wide variety of selections, including wild game, the food is scrumptious. The wine selection is the best. But leave room for desert, as you'll find some great selections, including New... More

We had not been here for quite a few years, and did not know if the previous high standards and good food were still "right up there". The good news is: Yes, pleasant atmosphere and ambiance (Colonial decor), attentive staff, and really good food. Definitely a fair price, too. Highly recommended. (The baked Salmon was wonderful, and I am very... More

Brunch is served from menu choices - very reasonable and a wide range of options. Pleasant suburban location. Staff friendly and accommodating. I would return on another trip to the Lancaster area.

This is not your ordinary neighborhood restaurant! Went to Greenfield Inn for my birthday. It is a five minute walk from the Hampton Inn where we were staying. No driving necessary and pleasantly surprised. Lovely decor, great waitstaff, delicious food! Menu was simple but sophisticated. This is not your ordinary neighborhood restaurant! Would definitely go again when in the area.

This restaurant is now on the top of my list when I visit Lancaster. If you're expecting the touristy, "deluge at a bargain" food, this is not the place for you. This restaurant is "one of a kind". From the historic ambiance and the presentation to the fresh and savory food to the personal service, this was a fantastic find.... More

loved eating in the wine cellar. Limited seating-like having your own hidden room. Menu has a wide variety of unique and standard offering so everyone can find something here. The difference is that the preparation and taste is exceptional. The wine list is extensive with some very fine wines from around the world.

Happened upon this restaurant by its being adjacent to the Hampton Inn, and after a long day my business colleagues and I wanted a restaurant we could walk to. Good choice. While it took a seemingly long time to get seated on a slow night, the delay was more than compensated for by the quality of service and menu. A... More

We made reservations for two in the wine cellar. This was our first time here. We really enjoyed ourselves. It was a very intimate setting. Our reservation was at eight o'clock so we had the rest of the evening to enjoy our meal and drinks. When they say an intimate dinner alone they weren't kidding. Other than someone coming down... My partner and I visited the Greenfield Restaurant and Bar during our brief visit to the Lancaster Amish territory. I made reservations via open table, although on this particularly cold and snowy Saturday evening there were plenty of tables available. You can expect to receive superior service from the wait staff and the menu boasts several delectable choices, including lamb,... More
