Looking like a country inn, this restaurant is sophisticated without being stuffy. Inside there are a couple of dining rooms. Piano music is offered on weekends in the dining room with the bar. Brunch is served on an outdoor terrace filled with plants. The New Generation pork chop is highly recommended. Thick and juicy it is what anyone who likes... More

My husband and I went out to dinner last night to celebrate our 24th anniversary. We had previously eaten at the Greenfield Inn and had a delightful experience. It was in the Summer and we ate out on their patio. We pondered a number of restaurants and chose the Greenfield Inn. We made reservations through Open Table over 2 weeks... More

I eat here regularly with family and friends. Always a great dining experience. We were seated upstairs overlooking the bar in a quiet corner. Our waitress was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. The giant sea scallops and various beef/steak choices are always a highlight. Not to mention the roasted broccoli with cheddar and breadcrumbs AND the desserts!

Four of us (two couples) were meeting in Lancaster for a family reunion and decided to have dinner at the Olde Greenfield Inn based on the positive Tripadvisor reviews of this establishment. We arrived at the restaurant at our reserved time and were seated promptly in a quiet and tastefully furnished upstairs dining room. Our server came a short while... More

Three college roomies from the '70's were heading back to Eastern PA after a trip to the Alleghenies. Stopped here for appetizers and drinks and were quickly swished away from the tavern tables by the hostess, saying the tables were only for those buying off the menu. Fortunately, there were 3 stools at the bar and we had a very... More

The four of us had a lovely brunch. The restaurant is very quaint and beautifully decorated. Everyone enjoyed their entrees and the service was good.

We were celebrating a birthday and made reservations for the special French wine [Robert Kacher Selections] full course gourmet dinner (i.e., $79 each). At first, when we were placed at a table a la family style, I thought, "oh know, eating side by side with strangers on my friends birthday, how uncomfortable!" But I worried needlessly, everyone, form the wait... More

I dined her with two friends and was delighted by food and service. We had diver scallops and sword fish. I had the scallops and was quite impressed. They were well seared, yet tender on a bed of flavorful black rice with peas and pea tendrils. All three of us were quite pleased with the "wild Wednesday menu" with discounts... More

This is a special place for my wife and me. We hosted our son's wedding rehearsal dinner here many years ago and recently returned for our 45th wedding anniversary dinner, although we have been here several times in between. For upscale dining, I would rank this among the top ten in Lancaster County and probably close to top five. It... More

We were celebrating our anniversary and chose Greenfield Inn because we had been there for Sunday brunch and were taken by the beauty of the Inn, both inside and outside. The setting is truly worth the trip. On this particular evening, the service was first rate, all of the staff were pleasant and very professional , noise level perfect. The... More
