Went to Panera's on Fruitville Pike on Sunday morning at 9:00 am. Three bins of bagels were empty and one had only 1 bagel in it. The light brew coffee was empty and the tables hadn't been cleaned all morning. Very disappointed!!

I've eaten at Panera Bread restaurants before so I know that the price of things are a little high. I was really not pleased when my wife and I both ordered the iced chai latte and the "server" filled two glasses three-quarters full with ice then pour a concoction out of a plastic jug from the refrigerator and charged us... Came in here for lunch and had the cheese and brocolli soup in a bread bowl. It came out swiftly and was delicious. I didn't have any issues with the line, staff or the food. It was all excellent.

I don't understand the rave reviews for this place. I have yet to receive a quality meal here. The food is basically mediocre, with little to no flavor at all. The food is way overpriced for the quantity and quality. I will not be back, waste of time and money.

The food is pricey! We had soup and half a sandwich. The soup was cold. Took it back to the counter. The counter lady freaked out said get that away from this area. I said the soup is cold. So she gave me another bowl and I stuck my finger in it and it was cold too! She said go... More

Have been going to this cafe since 2002 and the prices continually rise from bagels to coffee. There are no sugar-free or low-fat bakery items, expect to pay $7.00 for a sandwich.

I ordered and the cashier asked me for my Panera Card. I didn't have it on me so she looked it up by my phone number and then told me I had a free birthday pastry! Sweet (literally, haha.) Food was ready before I was finished filling my drink. I recommend!

We visit this restaurant whenever we are in the area. This time I was not happy with my meal. I also was not happy with the attitude of the cashier. She had an "attitude" when we were trying to place the order. My soup was very good, however, the tuna I ordered was VERY fishy tasting and was swimming in... More

My wife and I had lunch at PB on Rt. 30. Weekend, very busy, seating at a premium, but we found a booth. Noisy but polite crowd, the food is simple, well-made, fresh ingredients, a little pricey for a deli, but the staff is helpful, friendly, and they help make the overall experience very positive.
