Family Style Breakfast was Fantastic!!

We've stayed at the Fulton Steamboat Inn several times in the past few years but we never tried Huckleberry's. So on our last recent stay we decided to purchase the breakfast package with our room. They call it the Family-Style Breakfast and they start you off with a large platter of scrambled... read more

First of all I walk in about 7:30 and the place is completely dead. There's no waitress or hostess in sight. I finally get a waitress and she is very friendly but also seems very busy cleaning. I order my beer and it was a local Lancaster beer which was very good and order a crab cake meal with tomato... More

Sadly, my very most favorite place to dine, bring friends to, or celebrate occasions has changed hands and along with this went the quality of the meals. We all loved the fantastic crab cakes until this last visit. Even the presentation lacks excitement. Pot roast did not appeal to my guest. Hate to see this. Perhaps they could negotiate to... More

Randomly stopped while nearby at the outlets. Really enjoyed the food, and the waitress was very nice and pleasant. The atmosphere is also pretty neat, going with the nautical theme (with a sense of humor). We can recommend both the chicken pot pie and the roast beef. Beef sauce was a little on the salty side but still very good.... More

I visit Lancaster at least once a year and we almost always stay at the Steamboat. I have eaten at Huckleberry's for breakfast and dinner. We have always gotten a delicious meal.

Stayed two nights at Fulton Steamboat between Christmas and New Years. Heard good things about the restaurant and since it was raining decided to stay in and try it. Very disappointed. My husband got the pot roast which had a burnt taste and his mashed potatoes tasted old. I got the Chicken dish, the chicken looked deep fried and obviously... More

Wow what a great place. They also have a bar with happy hours from 4 to 6 with $3 draft beer and $6 appetizers. The restaurant has great 16 oz Delmonico steak and twin grilled pork chops. The hotel was really special and they have a pond with ducks that you can feed. On weekends they have a firepit and... More

We received a prompt friendly greeting. Restaurant atmosphere was pleasant and quiet. I very much enjoyed the grilled salmon at a fair price. Would recommend you give Huckleberry's a try.

We went here with a group and reserved 2 tables ahead. The only reason we chose this venue is the proximity to AMT before a show and the fact that they accepted reservations. Unfortunately, it was disappointing. The food was fair. Uninspired, conservative American fare, and quite pricey for the area. The real disappointment was the service. I don't know... More

Food was good; atmosphere including lovely holiday decorations were nice; service was very slow and new waitress tried but thought she needed a little more training: ie soup arrived with meal not first; no lemon in tea; condiments such as catsup were missing as were rolls with luncheon meals; there was another bus load of people at the same time...
