Great food, good service

We ate here for dinner while visiting Peddler,s Village on a Saturday night. The service was very good and the prime rib was e cel lent. We asked to share one dinner as we both have small appetites and there was no problem. There was more food than we could eat and it was divided in the kitchen... read more

We visited over the weekend & was not disappointed. Our waitress, Jean was such a pleasure. The food was perfect & tasty. We especially loved the a/c & the view of Peddlers Village. We look forward to returning.

We had the Sunday brunch buffet at the cock and bull restaurant while celebrating a birthday party. Restaurant worked well for medium sized group and the food selection was fresh and constantly replenished. Not too many things were great but there were a lot of things that were good and if you're dining with small children there's enough on the... More

We went to the Cock n' Bull for the murder mystery dinner, which took place in the "Peddler's Pub" in the basement. The pub is pretty interesting looking with old wood beams and signs on the walls. It felt a little small for the number of people at the dinner, but it was still lots of fun. The food was... More

This place has nice atmosphere but is overpriced for what you get. Service is OK. Had to wait too long for the check. I ordered a Reuben sandwich it came with maybe 2 strands of sauerkraut. I pointed it out to the waitress and was told there was sauerkraut on it. Not wanting to make a scene because we were... More

Well, the decor and the atmosphere certainly fit in with the ambience of Peddler's Village. However, I think the food can be better. Priced a bit high, I don't care for the value I get for my money. Average food. Service is fine though and I do enjoy some of their themed goings-on. Just keep your expectations average when it... More

I came here for dinner one evening with a friend and there was no staff around to seat us. We waited around for a good 15 minutes. We also walked around looking for someone who worked there. A couple came in and we chatted about how strange it was no one was coming out to help us. Maybe it was... More

We dined here on a slow, quiet Friday evening and found the experience rather disappointing. Decorated lovingly in a colonial era theme, the restaurant has several large, attractive dining areas which feature a bank of windows that overlook several of the walking paths that weave through Peddler’s Village garden. If you can snag a window table, they’re great for people... More

The ambience of this place is absolutely wonderful. I use to come here as a child and it hasn't changed, still beautiful, now the food, that's another thing. My sweetie and I both got the prime rib, mind u, this doesn't come with a salad, even though they r charging u 30 dollars for it. So I was expecting something... More

Had a very pleasant lunch with the family here. Attentive service, everyone loved their meals, nice atmosphere. The Belly Burger, a beef and pork belly patty, was very good. Would go back!
