We had lunch here today and were all thrilled with our food. We ordered the Cozze/ Mussels in Marinara and the Antipasta Salad for starters. The mussels were flavorful and the antipasta salad was filled with wonderful ingredients including provolone piccante, sundried tomatoes, imported Italian olives, salame and perfectly dressed greens that were not overly saturated. For lunch I had... More

Decided to try Villaggio after buying pizza at Buckingham Pizza (in the Green) and speaking to the owner's wife. Turns out, if you love this pizza, you will adore Villaggio as it is operated by the same ownersk, with the same high quality of ingredients, but the latter is quite a classy restaurant. On our first visit, which we announced,... More

We love this restaurant, it is our 'Go-To" when we want authentic consistent quality italian. Service is always good, they even keep our lemoncello in the freezer. Wonderful

Philadelphia is known for many attributes, including some of the greatest Italian food anywhere . . . but a small restaurant north of the city, in Lahaska (which is a reasonable drive from New York City, not far from New Hope, a popular tourist town) serves some excellent food. We decided to take a drive tonight and had read about... More

Last night we celebrated my dads 75th birthday at Villaggios. We were a group of 22. The food was fantastic and the staff/ service exceptional. Thanks to Pasquale and Sue, we were able to plan the perfect event. Highly recommend!!

I have to begin by stating that there are many wonderful Italian restaurants that I have been to; and while this one was not the absolute best, it was extremely good.. This coupled with the great service took it up a notch for me and my wife.. The food was prepared perfectly and the portions just right.. minor details were... More

My husband and I ate lunch here and were very happy. The staff directed us toward some of the specials and were completely correct. Trust your waiter. Oh great rolls!

Very extensive menu, plus daily specials. From sandwiches to a full meal. Both the food and the waiters have an Italian accent. Heavy on the garlic...which we love. BYOB. Good food and good value. The only downside is the noise level when it is crowded. The hard ceilings, walls and floors intensify the sound. Great place for food, not conversation.

My wife and I went to Villaggio on a Monday evening....7:00pm. The restaurant had a nice crowd but wasn't packed. The atmosphere is comfortable and clean. The service has always been good along with the food. It was a little noisy but not objectionable. In the event that more than one person at your table wants the same item, you... More

I understand the money is tight and rents are high BUT their prices are outrageous. The waiter explained to us that we had to pay a $7 fee for SPLITTING a meal, meaning we would get two smaller plates of the same thing...little bit of fish, little bit of sides split in two. Fine. I agree with that. Only we... More
