I have to begin by stating that there are many wonderful Italian restaurants that I have been to; and while this one was not the absolute best, it was extremely good.. This coupled with the great service took it up a notch for me and my wife.. The food was prepared perfectly and the portions just right.. minor details were... More

My husband and I ate lunch here and were very happy. The staff directed us toward some of the specials and were completely correct. Trust your waiter. Oh great rolls!

Very extensive menu, plus daily specials. From sandwiches to a full meal. Both the food and the waiters have an Italian accent. Heavy on the garlic...which we love. BYOB. Good food and good value. The only downside is the noise level when it is crowded. The hard ceilings, walls and floors intensify the sound. Great place for food, not conversation.

My wife and I went to Villaggio on a Monday evening....7:00pm. The restaurant had a nice crowd but wasn't packed. The atmosphere is comfortable and clean. The service has always been good along with the food. It was a little noisy but not objectionable. In the event that more than one person at your table wants the same item, you... More

I understand the money is tight and rents are high BUT their prices are outrageous. The waiter explained to us that we had to pay a $7 fee for SPLITTING a meal, meaning we would get two smaller plates of the same thing...little bit of fish, little bit of sides split in two. Fine. I agree with that. Only we... More

Hidden in the middle of an Outlet Center across 202 from Peddler's Village is some of the finest Italian cuisine you can find. We eat in NYC often, but have never tasted anything finer than this. Wait staff are very pleasant and helpful, with no rush. It's BYO for wine and beer, but they will gladly serve it to you.

If you are looking for consistently good Italian food this is for you. Love the pasta with seafood. The mussels in marinara sauce is a treat. Only compliant - when busy it is quite noisy .

The service was brisk, the food was good, the portion sizes were just right. The calamari while well cooked did lack seasoning and the other appetizer we ordered was tasty but not hot enough. The waitiress was attentive but you could tell when they wanted us to leave because they kept coming over to ask how the food was. We... More

We ordered the Calamari appetizer to share. It was extremely well cooked, crisp exterior and the meat was not rubbery at all but there was no seasoning on it at all which kept it from being a good dish. One thing you count on in an Italian restaurant is bread. The bread put on our table was a basket with... More

We took my mom there for dinner and she loved it. Great (complimentary) small plate starters which is a nice touch while you're waiting for your meal. I had a starter special; fried artichokes with goat cheese. They were really tasty. My husband had the mussels. After having been served frozen mussels in several other restaurants lately, it was nice... More
