Best roast beef and pizza and of course the wings!

I've been here many times and have always had a great meal. The roast beef is best when you get some ends. I love the pizza made to order. Last time I was there I had the mussels in red sauce which was surprising delicious! Of course the wings are the best around. We like to order the sauce... read more

I heard about this from a friend and read the reviews so I had to try it. The atmosphere is great, it gives you that local cozy meeting place and the food was exceptional. Good portions with extra gravy that I had put on the side so I could dip and with the fresh horseradish it really made the sandwich.... More

Saw the good reviews and decided to give this place a try. Got the roast beef suggested by our server. Food overall was Ok but nothing spectacular. They were out of a few beverages I asked for and service was marginal. Servers not trained on proper etiquette.

I've been a resident of the area for 50 years and have been a regular (2-3 times per month) for 40+. Arguably the best Roast Beef sandwich anywhere combined with the spirit of the community. I was fearful that the death of the long time owner two years ago would change things but everything has stayed the same. Last night... More

My husband and I recently went back to the Olde Ale House in Lafayette Hill after close to 20 years for their famous roast beef sandwiches and they are still the best in the area. We were not disappointed with the quantity and quality of both the sandwich and fries.

Expected more from the reviews that were posted; beef was tougher than expected; service was good but a little uneducated on the beer selection. Fries were over done; wife like the oysters.

Ye Olde Ale House is one of our favorite places for a quick bite and a few drinks. The hot roast beef for the sandwiches is being cut right before your eyes. It is the tastiest sandwich around.

The most popular large bar that people from all over the immediate neighborhoods come to. Whether with the family, the boys, after a sports game, etc... Roast beef sandwiches, mussels, wings, fries etc... A neighborhood favorite!!!
