Our server was excellent, attentive and helpful. Also we have been here a few times and for some reason, boiled meat just isn't that appetizing. My husband and I agreed that when we return on future visits we may only do the cheese and chocolate courses, since they really are the best parts. The Caesar salad had candied pine nuts,... More

The service is terrible and the manager is rude. We will not go back. You are better off going anywhere else.

recently visited this Melting pot and was a little dissapointed. it is what it is, and i guess ok, but i would not waste my time with the nonsense! very expensive, and the whole fondu thing has lost it's allure since the 70s. seems like alot of food because it takes forever to get through the courses! might be someone... Celebrated our 26th anniversary there last week. Bought the flower package and reserved a table. We got there 30 minutes early but they seated us right away. They gave us a special booth in the back corner with flowers and card already set up. We had never been there before and the server walked us through everything. The food was... More

Who would have thought that a '70s fad, and cooking your own food would be so much fun.. Well, the people at the Melting Pot certainly did and thank goodness . I am a novice here and so I found the menu and options a bit confusing but my son and daughter in law have experienced this establishment many times... More

Waitress never around. Overcharged us on the bill. The experience could have been great but Management was really bad.

This place will force you to really relax and eat your food slowly while being able to have the most wonderful time with whoever you bring! The food is delicious! You cook at the table with your choice of food and have the most wonderful dipping sauces to choose from! The appetizer, main course, and dessert all included! I loved... More

This is my second visit to this MP, but I've been to others in the chain. It's a great girls night with plenty of time between courses to chat and catch up. In my opinion, it's not a romantic/couple scene so if that's what you're looking for, look elsewhere. BUT - it's a great spot for 4+ women who are... More

This was my first time at a Melting Pot. I'd been wanting to go for years. First of all, let me say - what a fun experience! I had a great time and this was my first fondue experience. Everything was very different and new. I enjoyed myself very much. However, the entrée course is not worth it. Now if... More

If you want to enjoy a meal here and not break the bank, stick to cheese and chocolate. Both are amazing and will keep you plenty full. Cheese, chocolate and a salad will cost you about $25 per person for an amazing meal. If you go for the entree it will run you a lot more. I've been here several... More
