Our holiday tradition is Fondue. This year, due to an injury, I was unable to do it myself, so we opted for the Melting Pot. We started with a Cheese fondue. It was not very good. Some sort of cheap, flavorless cheese was used. The assortment of dippables wasn't bad but the veggies and fruit were cut very small. Next... More

My family and I visited this restaurant after having had an earlier reservation cancelled the week before because of a snow storm. After explaining the earlier reservation cancellation, we were given the opportunity to order from the special menu that was available the from the previous week. Several members of my family have food borne allergies, and once the staff... More

I've been to several Melting Pot restaurants across the country and have always had superb service and food. This was no exception. Our server had been working there for five years which says a lot about the quality you receive. The food was amazing as was be service. Orders a cocktail, one of their sangrias and it was light and... More

Its always a pleasure coming here, the whole dining experience goes a notch up. Expect to spend at least 2 hours for the entire dining experience, truly worth it. We always get the dinner packages that take you from the cheese fondue, to salad, the main entree and the fondue desert. Everything is just wonderful, specially the chocolate fondue. This... More

My wife and I went to celebrate our belated 26th anniversary and wow it was worth it. This was our first time and we will definitely go back. Quiet subdued lighting, cozy booths, delicious food and very attentive staff made for a great evening. Thanks to our server Bobby Jo, you were over the top.

We eat out several times a week. We hadn't been to the Melting Pot for years, as the last time we went we overate, so We didn't have a favorable remembrance of our dinner. Well, the food was delicious, but our waiter made it such an outstanding dinner that we will return! He recommended items that were on and off... More

We really enjoyed our experience at Melting Pot. We (3 of us) chose the 4 course experience using the oil pot. We had the absolutely wonderful original cheese fondue, our server Melissa prepared it expertly at our table...so delicious! The we each got a difference type of main course so there was lots to choose from. I love the white... More

So many times we are disappointed or we find the place so over rated. But not here. This lived up to our expectations and then some. First of all the service was off the chart. Our server, Kaylah, was great. Helpful with the menu and there for us if needed. The food was right on. I read some say the... More
