Fun Place for Dinner

We went here on a Saturday evening and the place was packed. We showed up without a reservation but the hostess was able to seat us rather quickly. Very good, as with other visits here, service was exceptional, they helped with the menu and did not rush us. We spent family time together and were able to really enjoy the evening. Dessert is awesome, this is the place to go for special occasions, or dessert... Well that is a special occasion too!!

Service pretty good, entrees good and dessert???? You have to try them. Get the Dark and Dulce. I was worried that the food would not be enough and my Wife said she did not think it would be a problem. Small salad, Entree had plenty of meat and they brought more veggies. Dessert was out of this world. And do... More

Extended restaurant week due to closing early for snow!! What an awesome thing to do, my original reservation was canceled due to bad weather when the restaurant called us to offer to reschedule I was impressed. My hubby and I enjoyed ourselves the drinks are very strong but good. Not a huge fan of the meal but we allways wanted... More

Writing this review as we are walking out of this place.. Horrible service.. The waitress showed up to take order, served food and never showed up to check on us on our drinks or water.. We have to call another waitress to ask for our waitress and finally she came and showed up with the check.. We asked her about... More

We had not been here in years as daughter not a fondue fan but I was tempted by the offer of free chocolate covered strawberries sent as I was still a member of their online Club. We were greeted warmly. Service was excellent. Our server, Michael, was exceptional. He graciously explained the menu which had changed since our last visit.... More

We made reservations at the Melting Pot for my 30th birthday, since we had a gift card we haven't used there in over two years. We were seated immediately, and was greeted to a private table for 2 (which is what I asked for in the reservation). There was a birthday card waiting for me, with a very kind note.... More

Yes, this is expensive restaurant and yes, it takes a long time to get through the meal (expect to spend two hours there). But it's worth all of it. The food is amazing. The appetizer is basically bread and veggies dipped in melted cheese, but the melted cheese comes in several varieties that are amazing. The entrees come raw and... More

Where can you go when deciding on a 'special place' for celebration? Birthday, new job, anniversary? Well, the unique feature of this chain is you cook your own entree and dessert. What's next, mix your own cocktails?? But I'm getting ahead of myself. For a unique experience to share with a friend I easily made reservations on a Sunday night... More

My friend rented the restaurant for an afternoon birthday party for her daughter. It was my first time to eat at the Melting Pot. The food we had was very good. I do not eat meat or chocolate, however they substituted the red meat for salmon... everything was very tasty. It was fun to sit and cook at the table.... More
