Great food, terrible service

Had Padum bread with three sauces, and Aloo Gobi, a cauliflower and potato dish. Both were outstanding in flavor and reasonably priced for dinner. Nice enough decor. Problem is attitude of service staff, "just let them wait" as one server said to the bus boy. Not coming back.

We got lunch from this place today afternoon. All the items were overpriced ($15 for a chicken 65 and $17 for a single biryani!) I am writing this negative review here not coz of the price but taste. Chicken 65 was like Imli 65 and the meat in Goat Biryani was at least a week old. I had to throw... More

If I could justify spending $300+ every month on lunches alone, I would eat at Desi Kitchen in King of Prussia every single day. It's that good. I think I'll go over tomorrow. My favorite on the buffet is the Chicken Makhani - I could easily drink that sauce for breakfast, my goodness. And the gulab jamun & tea as... More

Went there for my aunt's birthday. We had a party of 15. We ordered some appetizers and they were bringing one plate at a time. We ordered for 15 people and they were bringing the food like they serving a party of 2 or 3. Appetizers were over all decent. Nothing special. Then comes the main course. It went all... More

I visited this restaurant a few times over my 2 week stay in King of Prussia. There is a nice traditional ambiance. The only dish I'd recommend is the chicken tikka masala. Even if it's the only dish you'll have in the entire buffet, it is absolutely worth it. The rest of the food is just basic or below average.... More

We have been going to Desi Village in King of Prussia for over 10 years and always love it. You are hard pressed to find another place that takes such good care of their customers.

Had gone to Desi Village several times in the last year and a half and loved the food. Unfortunately the change to management has negatively impacted the food quality and service. The food was not spicy at all. We ordered it medium and it arrived with practically no spice level. The waiters were kind but forgot our raita and chai.... More

Food is getting worse. Used to better. They skimp out on pappad and trying to save money by compromising on quality. Who does that???
