The place doesn't look so great from outside, and therefore I wasn't expecting much. The service was friendly and rapid. I have to admit that I didn't dare to try the sushis because I really need to trust a place completely to engage in raw fish. The tempura and the teriyaki were tasty, and actually better than I expected from... More

Very good Japanese restaurant in King of Prussia. Decor is modest. The entrance is somewhat unexpected -- through a ramp starting in the Car Park behind the building! The food is excellent and not at all pricey. Uni is served by the Sushi Chef but there's no Toro. Portions are more than adequate, and the service is first-rate. Best of... More

The teriyaki chicken was ok, but the chicken was over-cooked and tough. The sushi was acceptable, but not great. The free sake tasted horrible. The best thing about the place was that it is BYOB.

The outside looks a bit run down, but the inside is clean and the food is great. The food came out quickly after we ordered and was very tasty.

We go to Kabuki on the spur of the moment with little problem--a call ahead will shorten any wait time. Recently celebrated a big birthday with 16 people and were treated like royalty. Great food, very attentive service--not smothering or rushed and a private party room. Not to forget very reasonable prices. We are remembered when we return and can... More

Shocked by the great reviews...I've stopped there twice in the last year and both times service was below average and the food (steak, filet, chicken etc...) was cold. My wife enjoyed some sushi, but didn't rave about it. I may have to try it one more time, but 3 strikes and I am done.

The waitress was extremely kind and the food was good. The parking was ample and we went on an "off" time, but everything was still fresh and fast!

A true hidden gem that serves great food. I was not a sushi person and this is the place that turned me around. The menu is great and they make it to your specifics. The staff is friendly and helpful. Enjoy this hidden gem

Kabuki is a solid sushi spot. Consistently good fish and some really creative rolls. Always good service. Try the Stevens Roll. If you're looking for a consistent middle-of-the-road sushi place, this can be it. n It's not the best out there, but is one of the better. I've returned numerous times and will continue to do so.

I've been eating sushi for over 30 years by some wonderful "real" sushi chefs in some wonderful sushi bars. I was also a regular at Kabuki years ago when the original owner had it. At that time, it was really wonderful! The quality of the fish was top notch [she was very picky about the fish she accepted from her... More
