All three greeters at the door seemed to stare in space when we arrived and requested seating for a seminar we were attending. Finally a light bulb went off and we were told to sit, order a drink, because our host was setting up. Okay, I get it. Restaurants make money by drinks. Since this was a "freebie" my husband... More

Standard steakhouse. Big on beef, and while of excellent quality- nothing exciting. Sides are extra as is normal in this category, but again- standard. Au gratin potatoes, creamed spinach and the like. For this type of money you ought to get outstanding. And you don't.

Went for a friend's birthday. Given their reputation and the cost, I expected a lot more. The food was just ok. The 'cowboy steak' that was highly recommended by our server was just mediocre. Our friend's strip steak was much better. The crab legs were small and tasteless--not worth it. The crabtini appetizer was good--in fact the salads and appetizers... More

My credit card that earns reward points entitled me to $100 gift card to Ruths Chris. Without this discount I could not justify the price to dine there. My wife had the prix fix selection of small filet, side, salad, and desert for $45 which was pretty reasonable. I went crazy and ordered the King Crab legs for $65 along... More

Let me cut to the point! This was a absolutely horrible Ruth Chris experience, when I say I will not be back again you can trust that I mean it! GOOD FOOD? WHAT! I ordered the stuffed chicken with mashed potatoes and brocoli, my boyfriend ordered a steak (medium) with mashed potatoes. Hmmm..ok 15 mins later the waiter comes out... More

Our recent experience at Ruth Chris at King of Prussia, PA was a big disappointment, especially considering the high end reputation and prices. The filets, strip (gray in appearance) and T-bone cuts we ordered were okay but not any better quality than you can get at a high end grocer let alone a quality butcher. The one thing that was... Had a nice birthday dinner here. The crab stuffed lobster was delicious! They give a complimentary dessert for birthdays. We chose the banana cream pie after hearing great things about it. I didn't think it was that great...liked the caramelized sugar on top, but the cream is basically liquid. I prefer it to be a little thicker in consistency. It... More

My husband and I went with another couple to celebrate Valentine's Day (on the 15th). We had reservations and were promptly seated in the back dining room but the table was only set for a party of two. The servers scrambled around us getting our place settings/glasses (not prepared and we had reservations!?!). The wine glasses had a cloudy film... More

I started my meal with a dirty martini and Ruth's delicious crusty yet tender rolls. My next course was a tomato and mozzarella salad drizzled with a perfect balsamic. The filet mignon came next - mouthwatering and topped with a blue cheese crust. Mmmmm! Accompaniments were au gratin potatoes and broccoli that were not up to the Ruth's standard for... More

The steaks are perfectly prepared to order & everything I ordered was incredibly delicious. I have eaten expensive steaks all the way down to their sliders. The menu is a little pricey but if the quality is there I don't mind paying.
