The place looks like an old ballroom and pretty cold. The food is ok and the service could be improved upon. Our server was in training and her instructor was pretty cold and unpleasant. The bar is too small and so always crowded. I have been there twice and I won't be back. I actually like the take out place... More

This Maggiano's in the King of Prussia shopping complex lives up to the high standards set by the Maggiano's in Boston, or is it vice versa? If you arrive on a Saturday night without reservations, be prepared to wait an hour or more -- fortunately, they have a quicker takeout for the truly hungry. Sunday brunch / lunch is a... More

We visited for a special occasion dinner. We arrived at 4:30 PM and the place was not crowded (yet). We had a terrific waitress by the name of Vera who really helped to make our experience special. We have visited two Maggiano's in the past, and this was my fourth visit to this particular location. I must say that this... More

We had reservations for our party of 13, but there was a problem and another group was at out table for 50 minutes into our time. We were offered a glass of wine on the house, but that didn't make up for the very slow service we received. It took three hours to give us our dinner. We almost didn't... More

Whether you are popping in for a happy hour snack or dining with large groups, Maggiano's doesn't disappoint. The service is stellar, the food is always on point and the prices are reasonable. I stopped in during happy hour by accident & got the BEST flatbread ever!!! They had a good variety & the prices were very inexpensive. I also... More

We had a very nice bottle of wine with our dinner. Overall, the food was nothing to write home about. We could not use the 2nd dish (eat one tonight, take one home for tomorrow) because we were in town for business and staying at a hotel.

Delicious, very well prepared food, generous portions, prompt service. Surprisingly good for a chain restaurant. Looks like a family friendly place.

After a week and a half of playing phone tag with the Banquet Sales Team, I was told that the event space that was 'reserved' for my event was no longer available. I have never experienced such poor communication, lack of professionalism and disregard for a potential customer in private dining. In addition, the manager who made it a point... More

Had been here several years ago and did not have fond memories. Thought of it as a red gravy Italian American with over sized portions making up for quality. Was I wrong. My spouse and I dined here last week and I was happy to discover my mistake. The chopped salad was very, very good, enough for two. Her chicken... More
