My wife and I decided to try a Bite of Italy as an alternative to Floga's across the street. I had the lasagna with a Caesar salad. Bread and oil delivered hot to the table. The Caesar salad was good but not remarkable, dressing was a little bland and the "homemade croutons" listed on the menu were all but non... More

We stopped by here after spending an afternoon/early evening at a Longwood Christmas. We were chilly and hungry with kids in tow. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Very attentive. Our meals were tasty and filling, so much so that we brought the rest home. The menu was huge, almost daunting-but there is something here for everyone. The pizzas were... More

As other reviewer we stumbled upon Bite of Italy after our visit to Longwood, and I am glad we did!! Place was packed and we decided to seat at one of the high top so we could see the pizza man in action. Our server was prompt and courteous, and our food was absolutely amazing. The warm bread with the... More

Darn — we picked this restaurant because of high TripAdvisor reviews before going to Longwood Gardens. Some of it was good (pizza with mushrooms & ham). Some of it was only OK (veal parmesan; bruschetta — not toasted enough but yummy tomatoes; spinach salad with brie — sugared almonds were only barely). The service was also slower than expected, but... More

We were cold, tired and hungry after experiencing the light show at Longwood. I knew there had to me SOME sort of restaurant in the shopping center we were passing by, so we cruised through. It was a toss-up between A Bite of Italy and Two Stones (next door), but we decided that we weren't up for a pub/bar. We... More

Were there with family las Saturday, had to wait a little for a table, but nothing major, it is always nice to see them packed. As always food and service was great. We started with our favorite pizza as a starter the " Margherita", crispy crust, perfect sauec and bubbly mozzarella. We each had different entree and all of us... More

We ended up here because we didn't want to wait 40 minutes for a table next door at Two Stones. I ordered a pasta and seafood dish, my wife had a chicken dish. The wait for food was long, and after it was served we didn't see our waiter for at least 30 minutes. I like grated cheese on my... More

The owner was friendly and very responsive to my food allergies... Made a custom plate for me that looked and tasted great. Would definitely go back.

Lunch is a choice of two items from their soup, salad, sandwich and pizza list for $10. I wasn't expecting too much and left very impressed. The crab bisque had an excellent flavor and texture, garnished with fresh parsley and homemade croutons, accompanied by truly fresh and unique rolls. They even brought a nice vinaigrette to dress the two bites... More

The chicken in both the saltimbocca and cacciatore entrees was rather dry and tough. The saltimbocca was too salty. Hot soft rolls with herbed balsamic vinegar and olive oil were the best part of the meal. Service was efficient and pleasant.. Our next (and much better) dinner was at Lily Asian Cuisine
