Lots of empty tables on a Saturday night, where every other restaurant in the area was packed, or not taking any more reservations. I thought this wouldn't be a good sign, and I was right. I won't go into detail, but all 4 of our entrees were bad. Bad preparation, or ice cold. Waitress was half on, half off. Would... More

We tried this place after a trip to Longwood Gardens. The decor was very dated and it made the place feel very old. The service was good but sadly the food was not so good. My boyfriend ordered the steak medium and it came out almost raw in the middle. Not rare...raw. We sent it back and even after sending... More

Great ambience and meal selection, the crabcakes were declicious and steamed vegetables were done to perfection. The service was a little eratic.

Highly overpriced. Food quality and flavor average to good. Ceasar salad had brown lettuce, three small croutons and a watery dressing. Decor is very dated. I would not recommend or return to this restaurant again.

Stopped in one night with hubby for a snack and didnt leave for about 3 hours. We sat in the bar which was really cozy. The appetizers were incredible and we ended up sharing 3 as our "meal" along with a few drinks. It was the holiday time so everyone was in a great mood and the service reflected it.... More

My chicken with crab sauce smelled fishy and my sister's lobster & shrimp had pieces of lobster meat that didn't look or taste like lobster,(I'm from Maine & know lobster). Also it was very fishy smelling.

After the disappointment of my regular restaurant being closed and a long and tiring day of touring Longwood Gardens, I wanted to sit down and enjoy a good meal. This little gem was easy to get to, close by, and quite charming. The food was decently priced and the staff friendly. We had a late lunch and I had the... More

Menu, food presentation, and decor all look like they're more than 40 years old. We will no go back unless we hear of a major renovation top to bottom.

The Inn has a great ambiance, and the service was excellent. Of course all of this doesn't mean much if the food is dissatisfying.. which it wasn't . We split a delicious sandwich for lunch, and split a seafood (scallops, shrimp) entree for dinner..and we were stuffed after both meals. The overall experience was excellent.
