Charming interior. Sat next to a nice gas fire for a casual Sunday morning breakfast and enjoyed an acoustic guitarist playing great music. Food was very good and fairly priced. Great location across from the Mauch Chunk Opera House. We're weekenders in Him Thorpe and will happily eat here again.

Looked like such a cute little place, with a guitar player serenading us. A nice place for my daughter and I to relax and enjoy lunch in a beautiful little town. Our sandwiches were the worst I ever had and I am not picky, believe me. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich that was nothing more than 1 inch chunks... More

Great to stop for a hearty lunch or a gourmet dinner. Very informal atmosphere but owners are there to please your every wish.

We chose to sit on the porch. the weather was perfect. was it spacious? no but we enjoyed people watching. We decided on a shrimp wrap. Jumbo shrimp came grilled to perfection with a spicy sauce and roasted veggies. perfect. The waitress was friendly and the atmosphere was fun. Is it fine dining?? maybe not but we would go again if... I had a wonderful shrimp wrap, my mother had a two cheese omlet with home meade toast. It was great that breakfast and lunch service overlap.

We stopped by here for a late lunch. The food was extremely delicious, our waitress was very sweet, and the presentation of the food was quite appealing. The only downfall was that it took a long time for our sandwiches. I would go back again and plan to just relax and enjoy a couple of ice teas while I wait... More

We went to this restaurant after a pleasant weekend in Jim Thorpe. Unfortunately, that's where the pleasantness ended. We arrived and were seated at 4:20. We waited until 4:30 to place our drink order and the drinks didn't arrive until 4:40. At that time we placed our order. The waitress told us that we could place our order from the... More

I had the salmon, it was a bit over cooked. The prices on the menu were really good, I'd give it another try. He had the ribeye, a little fatty but overall good.

This little place was right next to where my girlfriend and I stayed, so we went over for dinner our first night. Not too busy, relatively quiet, except for a friendly guy who was playing mellow guitar which I liked, and a friendly couple chatting him up. (They also had a guitar different player outside for Sunday brunch that we... More
