Great little restaurant

We made a reservation for the table for 4 by the window. (We had wandered by in the afternoon and peeked in.) Restaurant is decorated nicely and has a bar. Food was excellent. Lamb Shank was very good as was the salmon.

This was our second dinner at this restaurant. Fresh and delicious. Service was very good, the waiter very knowledgable. We enjoyed the special beverage of the night, homemade sangria. It is a family run business. Decor is fresh with original art. Exterior is brightly painted and very inviting.

We went after hearing so much about Moya. Were a little disappointed in the food and the prices charged.

I thought it was a nice place to eat. I think it just wasn't quite worth the cost. For as pricy as it was, there should have been a little more of a wow factor. My meal was good but not great (I had the crab and fusilli) and for the price it should probably have been better. It was... More

This is an excellent place that has great food, is not that expensive, but feels swanky, features a variety of tasty dishes, good service, and it's very centrally located to a the large, historic hotel (and train station) as well as many great B&B's. We've eaten here almost every time we've spent the night in Jim Thorpe and it's never... More

We went to Moya the night before my triathlon to "carb" load. The pasta was excellent, I had the fusilli with crab meat and my husband the linguine with anduille sausage. Both were great. The eggplant appetizer and avocado salad were also wonderful.. Great service, nice atmosphere. A definite must if you are in Jim Thorpe, Pa.

Best food in the area. Beautiful layout, too--nicely-spaced tables, fine artwork and perfect lighting.

We had an incredible meal at Moya from start to finish! Stephanie is a lovely host; the restaurant is warm and inviting. The food is incredible!! We started with salads that were large and fresh. The apple salad was terrific, but we should have split one - it was quite large. For dinner, all of our entrees were perfect. The... More

MOYA is a delightfully sophisticated and comfortable restaurant in which to enjoy dishes prepared with care and finesse. The welcome is sincere, the wait staff friendly and efficient, the menu selections and wine list superb. We have dined here twice and plan to return and work our way down the menu! Yes, it's that good! The appetizer salad of smoked... More
