Wow! What food

Best food in the area. Beautiful layout, too--nicely-spaced tables, fine artwork and perfect lighting.

We had an incredible meal at Moya from start to finish! Stephanie is a lovely host; the restaurant is warm and inviting. The food is incredible!! We started with salads that were large and fresh. The apple salad was terrific, but we should have split one - it was quite large. For dinner, all of our entrees were perfect. The... More

MOYA is a delightfully sophisticated and comfortable restaurant in which to enjoy dishes prepared with care and finesse. The welcome is sincere, the wait staff friendly and efficient, the menu selections and wine list superb. We have dined here twice and plan to return and work our way down the menu! Yes, it's that good! The appetizer salad of smoked... More

We have eaten at Moya's on several occasions. Each experience is better than the previous one. Stephanie, the owner and hostess is warm and gracious.....making you feel very welcomed! The wait staff is wonderful........very personable and accommodating. The food is absolutely outstanding.........salads made with extremely fresh ingredients and interesting dressings and accompanied by homemade bread. There is not an entree... More

My husband and I live about 45 minutes away in an area with plenty of fine dining establishments, however none come close to the experience we always have at moya. First the setting, every time we come to moya we find ourselves in awe of the perfect colors that are used for the walls, even the bathrooms are perfection. The... More

We recently spent a beautiful Valentine's weekend in Jim Thorpe, our first time. Owners of The Homespun Cozy Inn (see my review for Homespun) insisted we eat at Moya. Luckily my husband had done his research and had already made reservations for us! Everything here was great, from the cocktails to the appetizers to the main course. Surprisingly, drinks were... Easy to access.. make sure you make reservations. Not a lot of seating, but that was perfect for us. My husband has lamb for the first time, he didn't care for it, but it was preference thing, not how it was cooked. Serve was great as well!

Everyone in town recommended this resturant and they were so right! It was wonderful! Everything about this resturant was fabulous! From the quaint entrance to the terrific art work inside, the friendly service and the delicious food, we loved everything! My husband grew up with an Italian family of great cooks and never orders pasta when we go out. He... More

What a fantastic find. This restaurant has it all, atmosphere, friendly knowledgeable, experienced staff and the menu is full of well prepared flavorful items. Their creme brulee is tied for servings at the Paris LeVillage Buffet in Las Vegas. I can truly say, I enjoyed every mouthful and am looking for to our next visit.
