The food at Woy Woy Fishermen's Wharf rarely disappoints - BUT - the queues are diabolical, the service slow and it almost always feels like they're short staffed - my suggestion is to go for brunch or late lunch and leave the lunchtime lunacy to folks with lots of time on their hands

The takeaway is quite good:when the fish is fresh and you get a member of the staff that actually gives a damn. Hit or miss place.

This place is overrated - the food was average. I noticed one of the staff members using his hands (no gloves) to serve the salad onto a plate.

We used to have a weekender on the Central Coast & went to this little place as often as possible. Now we live in Europe we still come back whenever we visit family in Australia. And the quality & value remain as marvelous as ever! It's exactly the unspoilt, charming WYSIWYG casual restaurant you always want to find - but... More

We got there just after 7pm as we didn't know or check the opening times, the sign said it closes at 7pm Saturdays but we were served no problem and we took our food to the picnic area just up the road, what a lovely spot to enjoy some fish & chips, the fish was excellent with nice batter not... The outdoor area becomes very crowded at peak times and finding adequate seating for large groups will prove just about impossible. If you like really good fish and chips it's not for you. If you are a traveller you will love it. Improvements in all areas are required, but this is a place catering for the tourist dollar. Average tucker... More

The place has been around here for years, ofcourse just like every other famous old places the quality is not as it used to be but still pretty good considering what's on offer around. 5 mins walk from Woy Woy station, it has one of the most beautiful views of Brisbane Waters and surrounding mountains. The atmosphere on the weekends... More

Arrived by boat on a busy public holiday. No room to eat at a table so bought food to eat in the outside seating area. Good choice of fish meals or more snack like items and wide range of alcohol and non alcohol drinks. Good view to the water ways.
