My partner and I visited Thredbo, in July, and thought we would give T-Bar a go as we had heard the food was good. There weren't any tables available as we went at the prime time of dinner service (no biggie - we expected this on a weekend during peak season), we decided to order some pizza and pasta to... More

Hi firstly glad you enjoyed the pizza. As anyone would know who has visited Thredbo in July and August it gets extremely busy especially on weekends. At the T bar we do our best to look after as many people as possible. As the wait to get into the restaurant can be quite long sometimes and we know the chances... More

Came in on Sat eve for dinner. Waited 45 mins for a table (fine) but then another 40 mins after we sat down for our food (not fine). We only had a pizza and salad - both were tasty but so overpriced. I've never paid $35 for a pizza; we dined at Berntie's another night and paid the same for... More

The food here was great! We had pizza, pasta, salads and it was all really good! Pizza crust was not too thick and toppings were really well thought through! Also a great selection of gourmet salads! The service was great and the atmosphere was very cosy and homely with an open fire! Perfect for the snow! Overall a great dining... More

We had dinner here with two other families during the week and were moderate in our expectations. We were delighted to find out what a great night we were to have. Food was smoke of the best we've had - shanks melting off the bone, kangaroo delicious, pizza awesome. Service was also great - our six girls sat at a... More

Cosy and warm with an open fire, great menu and service, food was very good indeed....not for those on a budget however as lunch cost us $92.00 just for two which consisted of 2 pasta's, a side of fries plus a soft drink each.

My dining experience was great, food was excellent, service was great & very friendly. Menu is a bit pricey but the quality of the food made it all worth it. Highly recommend topped off a great day on the slopes!

Straight up, I went here last night with my gf and we had the Salami pizza and the Lamb pizza, and the Salami was the best pizza I've ever eaten. Delicious ingredients, beautifully wood fired, and quite honestly freakin' delicious. Previously the best pizza I'd eaten was in Rossland, Canada, (an XL five cheese sucker for those playing at home),... More

take away: portions - small temperature - cold price - rediculously expensive taste - below average overall - this place is serving a captive market and is taking the p**s both in terms of quality and price recommendation - avoid at all cost

This warm and cosy restaurant was doing a roaring trade when we visited last week. The pizzas and pastas were very tasty and huge, but they were quite pricey ($32 for spag bol). Friendly staff, quick service (despite being busy) and good alpine atmosphere.
