Great pizza and pasta

We ate here with friends so needed seating for eight. We were placed at two four seater tables side by side. They don't take bookings so it is take what you get or wait. The seating didn't take away from our evening. Service was friendly and unintrusive. Orders were taken within ten minutes, the... read more

Hate to say something negative about an Aussie place - love it here, but the pizzas were horrible. Quite strange actually, because the starters were excellent so we were really surprised

I don't normally respond to reviews we have a good following of loyal return customers and if problems do arise and are bought to our attention the appropriate actions are taken to rectify them. I think I am speaking for all restaurant owners/chefs/floor and bar staff of any establishment people like you are the worst sort of customer. Hero behind... More

expensive ++ for quality of food - food is perfectly fine but $24+ for a reasonably ordinary pumpkin salad was too much Salt and pepper squid was excellent Pizza bases were awful Not bad but either need to drop prices or improve overall quality. Wait staff were fantastic however - very friendly and helpful

Still no need to book. Very popular. We arrived just after opening time, 5.30. Food was very good, huge pizza, enough for two, equally huge pumpkin salad, very fresh, granddaughter not a great eater but devoured their wantons. Not cheap but considering they have to truck everything in to the village it was value for money, they even offered a... More

Staff were great food was delicious and fast and the no bookings rule seemed to inspire a quicker care like restaurant, a good idea.

After an fantastic meal in August we couldn't wait to try Tbar again. We weren't disappointed. Same high quality food and good service. It's not cheap, but certainly worth the price in our view.

We have had two pizzas from this lovely little Thredbo gem - the Lamb and the Tuscan Veggie, both were fresh, tasty and downright great pizza - what more needs to be said. If you are in Thredbo and hankering for pizza (eat in or take away) don't go past the T-bar. During our "dining in" options we started with... More

This place was busy when other nearby restaurants were almost empty! The locals and regulars must be in the know! While you can't book they will give you an idea of the waiting time if they are busy. We sat at the bar for about 5 minutes then our table was ready. We ordered up what turned out to be... More

Got in early as we have kids that have been in the snow all day. Got colouring pencils and paper to occupy them while we ordered. Was a nice mix of spicy thai wontons and then had a lamb pizza. Really tasty. The kids had fish and chips which was a very substantial meal with a free paddle pop. Was... More

My partner and I visited Thredbo, in July, and thought we would give T-Bar a go as we had heard the food was good. There weren't any tables available as we went at the prime time of dinner service (no biggie - we expected this on a weekend during peak season), we decided to order some pizza and pasta to... More

Hi firstly glad you enjoyed the pizza. As anyone would know who has visited Thredbo in July and August it gets extremely busy especially on weekends. At the T bar we do our best to look after as many people as possible. As the wait to get into the restaurant can be quite long sometimes and we know the chances... More
