During the day it's a casual up market cafe, a great place to catch up with friends for lunch or a coffee and dessert. During the evening Relish becomes a contemporary Australian restaurant. The award winning Chef Tom Laws and the team change the menu seasonally with specials on offer to reflect the produce available at various times of the year. Serving great dishes including crispy belly of pork, seared Tasmanian scallops, apple puree & waldorf salad or saffron linguine, sauteed king prawns, squid, mussels in a tomato & lemongrass both. The delectable desserts are made on the premises and change regularly. Relish on Addison is fully licensed with a cocktail bar, allowing you to come in just for a drink. I've enjoyed a few meals here. The menu is imaginative and well presented. But sometimes I feel serving size a little small for the overall cost. Service has always been good , fast and efficient. I do think it is important to mention " Relish" is up a flight of stairs. There is no elevator access .This could be challenging... More

Recently was taken here for a special occasion, Was pleasantly surprised to find this great Restaurant. Offer a modern cuisine, with a modern decor. However i think a little over priced. $5 a bottle for corkage a bit excessive and only on certain nights? of course weekend's you cannot BYO. However they did offer a Early bird special if you... Went to try out a new place to eat for a birthday dinner. Service was fantastic food looked spectacular. The entree of calamari was yummo..the mains of salmon and beef were delicious... cooked perfectly..however... when assured that all mains were gluten free. .. FAIL. the nice dinner alas was not. .. left me disappointed and ill.

Food is nice , but way to expensive for what they serve. Service only ok. Expect more for the prices.

I have been a patron of Relish since it first opened in Shellharbour village. Every meal has always been excellent. The seasonal menu is a credit to the chef as it showcases wonderful fresh regional produce. The food is magnificent quality and very good value for restaurant dining. The chairs are looking a little shabby and the chair covers can... More

A celebratory lunch was just perfect at Relish. Arriving early we had the tasting platter (which was fabulous) and then a mixture of light mains and steak with a reasonable priced bottle of sauv blanc. All meals were delicious. The service was fantastic, and as we were the last group there the waitress was very pleasant working around us.

When in Shellharbour I always try to visit Relish. They have expanded from their little restaurant into a magnificent upstairs eatery with views. All the food is tempting with a seasonal menu. There is always something for the vegetarian & great mains, usually Chicken, Beef, Lamb or Pork. The entree's are great & I always love the Mez plate. The cuisine... More

Without doubt the meal we had at this restaurant was by far one of the best meals we have had anywhere in a very long time. There was so many choices to pick from. As it was early evening there was the sunset menu (between 5.30-7.30pm) with a good selection and since it was also Valentines day there was another... More
