This place is great! If you can imagine it in a pie they've probably done it! Great spot and great service! And most of all bloody great pies!

You can tell the pies are made on the premises - the kitchen is viewable from the store - which I found comforting. One of the hardest things is the actual choice of what to eat - they make 50 different varieties of pies - from lamb and mint to Japanese wagyu beef, beef stroganoff, and fruit pies. Very friendly... I have eaten pies all over Australia and New Zealand whilst travelling on road trips. These pies are without doubt the best pies i have ever eaten. The quality of the ingredients, the pastry and the meat to sauce ratio is just perfect. It is just a small place but the choice is outstanding, 50 varieties. These pies are the... More

I expected a good pie and ended up really disappointed. Went for the Fiji curry chunky and found 2 pieces of small tough meat. My friends were all disappointed with there pies so I wasn't just unlucky! The lady serving was very terse and couldn't be bothered to explain what the pies were. We were just told to READ!

Excellent service! Had the chunky beef pie and the chicken one with loads of topping. Well worth the trip! Got a few pies to freeze up for later too. Thanks!!!

This place was nice enough and was a recommendation. It is a little shop. The variety is great and I had a spaghetti Bol pie....was great. We ordered some chips which they had to cook and then the lady forgot them. The staff were very relaxed and friendly tho. Definitely worth a visit for a snack or quick bite.

We discovered Red Ned's Pie Shop (yes, there are tables where you can sit and eat your goodies) on our last visit. They sell pies that are outstanding for the quality of the traditional selection and the range of the exotic varieties. Think of Wagyu beef with onions and cheese, Drunken beer, Thai Satay Chicken, Kangaroo Teriyaki, Venison, Crocodile, Lobster,... More
