Went here last night after being recommended by others. Definitely worth it! We opted for the 3 course menu starting with tempura prawns and a beetroot salad both were amazing I even tried my partners prawns and I rarely eat seafood. For mains we had the sirloin steak and it was cooked exactly as my partner requested and the chicken... More

Visited the Butterfactory, Pyree near Nowra as a meeting place between our place in Wollongong & my sisters home in Ulladulla. Warmly greeted, with a chance to sit at the bar, we were offered the choice of ordering at the bar and then adjourning to the table or going to the table first. The food arrived timely and was enjoyed... More

The use of the old butter factory has to be seen. It is comfortable with a great ambience. The Seafood Plate is sensational value - salt and pepper squid just melted in your mouth. Pork Belly was perfectly cooked. Snapper fillets perhaps a little disappointing but dessert made up for it. Great experience with a good wine list.

Excellent food & service, the young couple who own the restaurant were friendly, informative, & welcoming, each dish served had a variety of delicate sauces all blending in to create a very nice dining experience, the atmosphere left nothing to be desired, the butterfactory restaurant will be on our agenda each time we holiday down south.

The very friendly couple who own the restaurant (she is the hostess and waitress and he is the chef) are very w elcoming. The food was great (3 courses) and the rural outlook was very relaxing. Also, they use a lot of local produce and seafood, which is apparent in the meal.. The prices were not over costly, the taste... More

We visited on a Wednesday lunchtime. We arrived without a booking. There were a few other tables already taken. The hostess was very friendly and attentive. She provided all the dining room service and I could not fault her. She had all the orders out in quick time and prepared and served drinks and keep water jugs full. We ordered... More

This quaint cottage hosts an array of quality eats. We had the smoked salmon salad, duck confit, sezchuan squid and pumpkin gnocchi, all of which were fresh and full of taste. This place is extremely reasonably priced for what it is. The staff are friendly yet a tad casual, the surroundings more rustic than one would prefer, but the food... More

We went there with full expectation, but felt disappointed: firstly they charged 3% fee if you pay by credit card but it is only mentioned on the desert cart instead of beginning; the food is only average compare to the price, the wine is so so, good thing is you can bring your own wine with some corkage fee. We... More
