My wife and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at The Inlet and from the moment we arrived they could not have been more helpful. The service and the food were both excellent. We will definitely be going back there the next time we are in Narooma.

Back In the day you used to be able to sit on the deck at the back of the restaurant to have views of the inlet.. Now you have to pay! It's also very expensive and staff are quite rude.

We were staying with our good friends at Narooma last weekend, they suggested we go for dinner at the "Inlet Resteraunt" which they had told us was very good. The young lady who looked after us was very friendly, but I think that she wrote things down incorrectly, as there was a huge mix up with our entrees and mains,... More

This is a great location with excellent food. Trouble was that the young man that served us had obviously had zero hospitality training and couldn't work it out (like writing down the order). After asking for our drinks 3 times I went to the bar and got them myself. He then couldn't remember what wine my friend had ordered. The... More

Been going to Taylors for near on 30 years for takeaways and meals - Loved the 'old' Taylors.... the simple food, the atmosphere, the staff, seagulls, pelicans and even the occasional visiting seals all added to the ambience - simply magic! So caught the feel of Narooma ! These days the spruced up and more up market affair is a... More

Went there this afternoon and asked the waiter whether we were able to get a coffee. His reply was "sure, take a seat and I will come and take your order"....after sitting there for over 20 minutes watching him clear tables and wandering aimlessly, we decided to walk out. We then went to another place and ordered coffee and cake.... More

Been going to the Orininal Taylors on and off for over 10 years and was concerned the food might havedropped off with change of owners. Definately not , the Chillie squid is still to die for. Excellent food great new venue, reasonable prices

Had lunch there in January. Food was excellent. Brought take away January and February. Very good. Went there this week. The food was INEDIBLE. Overcooked dried out fish with burnt flecks all over it. Obviously cooked in too hot, dirty oil. So sad. It is a lovely venue. By the way I am a local not a tourist.

After reading other reviews l so wanted to love this place so l could give them a good review. The Inlet is spacious with a soft color scheme and great views of the water. The two young waiters that looked after us were very friendly and helpful and gave us service with a smile. Tonight there were about 30 people... More
