Went in today and ordered the grilled dory with chips, and the today's special (grilled fish). The portions were smaller than I expected, the utensils were dirty and overpriced for the portion size. Lesson learned. Next time I will go somewhere else.

We called into Saltwater Café for breakfast to commence a Shoalhaven Coast wine tasting trip we'd planned with friends. The food and beverage offerings were plentiful, but the prices for some of the meals were on the high side. I ordered the breakfast consisting of eggs, bacon and toast. It was nicely presented, and delicious, but the bacon contained too... More

The seafood platter was very fresh and the salad was tasty. There were probably a few too many chips but there was a reasonable mix of fresh and fried food. The service was friendly and prompt. Overall a pleasant dining experience.

My partner and I ventured here for some take away chicken burgers and thickshakes. Our burgers were not very nice and the bread rolls were tiny and seemed to have been soaked in oil. The chips were not edible and the potato scallops were even worse. Our chips and scallops had no salt on them. We paid over $50 for... More

I'm not sure if I would eat here again. The seafood seemed fresh enough, but the platter we got had a little too much fried stuff for my liking, and waaaaaay to many chips

I find the quality of seaside fish and chips pretty disappointing in general, so before we went to Kiama I did some googling and this one came out as looking the best. So we ventured in to get some take away fish and chips and some potato scallops. The fish was ok, the chips were barely edible and the potato... More
