Excellent Chinese

Read a few reports about this restaurant which made us a little reluctant to go there, but we like Chinese and decided to give it a go. Good decision, excellent food, we have two entrees and three mains with rice, two glasses of wine and a byo corkage and the bill came to $94. Happy with that... read more

Came in to grab some takeaway upon arriving in Kiama. Service was good, food was ok. Mongolian lamb and special fried rice were good, sweet and sour pork and honey chicken were both a bit floury.

Dropped in for a meal on our trip to Kiama, great service and the dishes we ordered were delicious and the serves more than adequate. Overall very nice and would be happy to eat there again.

I have read thru some of the negative reviews here on Trip Advisor. However, my son wants some Dimsim. Reluctantly, I dragged my feet here. I guess I should never judge anything until I really try it. My husband and I were feeling nostalgic when we first saw the restaurant and ordered some dishes that most Sdyney restaurants have stopped... More

Youngish staff, very friendly and well mannered. Service fast, food hot, but not particularly cheap, but it is a seasonal spot, so they have to make their money during the peak times.

Me and my other half went for dinner as we were in town, although we ate for takeaway. When we got back to the hotel we noticed we were not given and cutlery to eat with, which I thought strange but I was content. When we started serving the meal I was disgusted to find a dead fly in my... More

We live in Kiama and have been there with our kids on several occasions and we have always found the food very nice. In recent times they have been more busy than usual but the food and service has remained very good and we have never had a poor meal in the five years of frequenting the restaurant. The owners... Surprised to read the reviews below. I've always had a pleasant meal here. The head waiter/owner is very friendly and chatty. The lunchtime special was delicious (you could taste the difference when compared to other restaurants when it doesn't taste fresh) and we've even went their for dinner and paid full price. The meal took longer to come in the... More

Ok its not the best but not the worst. Bit exy for what you get. I thought it was made on site but now half an hour later I am not so sure and I feel like I wish I had gone to the pub instead. Its food I suppose but when you walk into an empty restaurant on a... More
