Stopped in for lunch at around 2.30. Had chicken pies and they were nice, and not all dried out which can sometimes be the case at times at some places, especially later in the day. We also had apple turnovers, and to our delight, it was fresh cream and wasn't heavily sweetened, so it wasn't a sickly sweet desert. The... More

We stopped here for our first taste of pie while waiting to board the whale watching cruise. The young folk working here were enthusiastic and the coffee was great. Would come back.

Our family has always had lovely pies and food here - I disagree with others who have complained about 'fatty pies'. I have had far too many pies from here (my waistline is expanding!) and NEVER had a bad one. Love the Beef Stroganoff one - but their chunky steak pie is brilliant. They gave a friend's son a little... More

With a busy sunday morning breakfast period in the 'eateries' on the mainstreet decided to give the Huskisson Bakery & Cafe, just off the mainstreet, a go. I was pleasantly suprised, the Bakery & Cafe was warm, inviting and rather charming. I sat at a table inside nearby the window with the cheerful Jervis Bay sunshine shining through, outside dining... We had take away from this bakery. While everything looked and smelt great...the chunky beef pie was so incredibly fatty. There was one piece of so called 'chunky steak' that we couldn't even cut with a knife! yuck! We also took home a sausage roll and a croissant which were both average. We will not return to this bakery.

My Friends and I went for afternoon tea at this bakery, yesterday (13/06/2014), Firstly, after entering we were engaged by an "over the top", LOUD VOICED blonde women ( with a slight accent. I only point this out just in case there is one or more blonde haired employees) who should NOT greet clientele with words of endearment or talk... More

It may have been the fact that we came to eat late in the afternoon (4ish), but the sausage roll, pie and meringue we purchased were dry, old and lack luster. The pastry of the sausage roll was ordinary (although I will say the meat was OK), the meringue we bought for our kids was really old (it tasted funny... More

Good coffee cake and pies. You can sit inside or under cover outside. Great little playground for the kiddies as well.
