Had dinner again last week at Copper Pot at the Acacia. As always the meal was delicious! The beef ribs were tasty and succulent and of course, melt in your mouth. Always enjoy the pork belly as well. And to top it all off, the homemade salted caramel ice cream is the BEST. Could eat a huge bowl of that.... More

A lovely surprise to find at a motor lodge. Pork Belly was delicious and the grilled chicken was beautiful. Family was extremely happy with their meals, and the table service was fantastic. This is a must for anyone travelling through. Very thankful after a long day.

This is a white tablecloth restaurant and we were warned by hotel reception that we would be wise to book in advance, which we did through the hotel receptionist. This turned out to be accurate as we saw several individuals and groups turned away later on as the place filled up. We both ordered roast pumpkin soup and honey soy... More

After having experienced a succession of awful meals on our trip it was such a surprise to have one of the best meals ever! The service was exceptional too. The setting was comfortable and the menu innovative. The food was cooked to perfection and as we requested. Well done

The Copper Pot Cafe and Restaurant is under new management and is no longer connected in terms of ownership with the adjacent Acacia motel. It is obvious that the new owner is trying to develop this venue into something more than just another motel restaurant. My meal was well cooked and presented and the service was excellent. The chocolate desert... More

The restaurant is great, a nice quiet atmosphere, the staff were friendly and professional, service was also fast. I had the Pork belly for main which was tender and the crackling evenly cooked - absolutely delicious. My husband had the steak which was cooked medium rare to perfection as requested, and we shared the Copper Pot specialty raspberry soufflé for... More

Decor is great and the full menu looks interesting but unfortunately wasn't available the night we dined. Salads were however superb so ensure you Oder these

I had heard from some locals to try the food at the Copper Pot at the Acacia Motel. So with their encouragement we had high expectations, that were confirmed. I asked for the gnocchi for entree, that I asked changed from prawns? (I love gnocchi, but prawns don't help my gout). No problem, ...Chef did it with wild mushrooms -... More

A restaurant that seems to aspire to be gourmet or at least upper class, but the food was unremarkably average and the prices way too high. We only went there once and then were lucky enough to find a decent alternative at the northern end of town.
