As a vegetarian I was already biased towards loving a place with only vegetarian food. My mum isn't vegetarian and agreed that the food was absolutely amazing. The food was a little bit expensive but worth every penny! They have deals where you can get two mains, two salads and some kofta and a samosa to share for $36 AUS.... More

Not very often do I research a restaurant and not like it.... Until now. This place is beyond ordinary, can't believe out of so many places I picked this one. All I can say on a positive note I was hungry and it filled my belly!! Kofta terrible they just kept 'topping it up' in the bain marie with what... More

My son had the kofta balls and riceand I had the lasagne and a pumpkin salad. We had a takeaway pumpkin pie cheesecake and a raw tirimisu cheesecake for dessert (it lasted for afternoon tea, after dinner and even a bit left over for breakfast - servings were huge!). Everything tasted amazing. Service was friendly. Great little place. I'd definitely... More

Without fail every time we come to Byron we stop in here for lunch on our first day! Despite being unashamed carnivores we love the unique flavours of Hare Krishna food! It evokes wonderful festival memories & leaves us happy, warm & satisfied. The halva is a must, even if you have to take it home for later! Yum!!

Great vegetarian restaurant. Very well priced. Shared salad plate and a couple of hot dishes. Great flavours. We went for a late lunch. Popular. Fresh food being cooked continually.

Very friendly service, cheap and affordable food with large portion sizes I had a delicious pakora with rice, Dahl and a vegetarian curry. The food it easy and fresh and health. Definitely somewhere to visit again. This is not an upmarket restaurant but a simple, delicious place to nourish your body and soul.

Being a vegetarian this place was like heaven or more aptly Krishna Loca for me! The food is prepared by hare krishna devotees. Just eating the food will nourish your soul. I love the hot food, the koftas, the curries, the samosas and the lasagne as well. The portion sizes are great and the prices very reasonable. The salads looked... More
