Description: Fantastic place, set in wonderful bushland on the hill, 100 mtrs from the beach. Great food, wonderful friendly service. I rate this as one of our best in Byron. .Have been there for B'fast, lunch and dinner. Always fantastic.

This was our first meal in Byron Bay and by far the best. Food was fresh, delicious and all served with a smile. View is a bonus but worth visiting for friendly service and tasty meals.

We are regular visitors to Byron Bay and stay at nearby Clarke's Beach caravan park. It's become a tradition to walk to the lighthouse and call in to "The Pass Cafe" for breakfast on our return. We usually go with friends and we look forward to this treat each time. The breakfasts are HUGE, beautifully presented and always an enjoyable... More

I have been having full hotel breakfasts in many locations in Europe every days for the past three months. The Pass Big Breakfast leaves them all for dead. It is the best ever and that includes this morning.

Nine people is always a challenge, and the team here rose to the occassion with no effort despite it being school holidays and a busy time. Eggs benedict were terrific as was the individualized service with some dietary restriction requests. Loved the big coffees (ask for Big and Hot!)... a local fave as we were with relatives from Byron who... More

The cafe offers good food - just a shame no alcohol (or at least not when I was here). But I think it was a restriction on the area, less so much a choice of management. Food was nice, service was OK, and location is great.

We were so impressed with our first breakfast that we went back the next day. The omelette was huge and delicious and the eggs were poached to perfection. Plenty of choice for freshly squeezed juices - they were also large and very juicy. The produce is fresh and local, the setting is very special and the service is extra friendly.... More

Had lunch here 3 times in a week's holiday at Byron! The food kept bringing me back. The large fish and chips ($12) from the takeaway menu is great value and can feed 2 people. It's also much better than the other fish and chip shop I tried in town. The beef burger is also exceptionally good. Order from the... More

We always do this place at least once when we come to Byron. It's so nice to do the lighthouse walk, go for a quick dip and then have brekkie here right on the beach. The service is low fuss but with good quality meals, the view is definitely the best part!
