Relaxed atmosphere and great parking. This cafe is set up high surrounded by trees and with a lovely ocean breeze sweeping across the deck. Great for just coffee or for a special occasion lunch or breakfast.

Recently had lunch here with my elderly mother on a week day. What a lovely find after our horrible morning tea experience at the Byron beach cafe. We wished we had just come straight to the Pass cafe! We sat outside overlooking the bush and the sea and had a delicious lunch of nachos and a burger. The staff were... More

Breakfast at the Pass Cafe should be a must-do for locals and visitors alike. Set among tall trees a stones throw from the water, it makes a great apre-surf or swim spot to gird the loins for more adventures. The resident bush turkeys are entertaining. The coffee is good and strong. My partner and I ordered omelettes which at $18... More

A small peice of sourdough bread and the plate was filled with meat, egg and vege. Perfect combination and very filling. Not disappointed with the size and price.

My wife and I came for breakfast two times in our last visit to Byron Bay. Both times the service was excellent. The staff was pleasant even considering myself being a bit grumpy due to being a "hard-starter." Their coffee cheered me up. Probably some of the better coffee I had during our holiday. Cappuccino had some strength, the long... More

We have paid several visits to this great cafe both for breakfast and lunch. Each visit gets better. Wonderful food fast and efficient service (with a smile) and the manager "Pete" goes out of his way to please ! Unfortunately we will not be able to visit again till next holiday. ( not too far away) the view and "wild... More

My boyfriend and I went to pass cafe in the hope of possibly having a bite to eat at 2:45. As we approached, they had a 'kitchen closed' sign up, saying only ice cream, cold drinks and confectionary available. Fair enough a cafe has to close, but when the website says open until 4, maybe they should rethink what time... More
